HOT New Beauty Sightings at the Discount Stores
I'm still trying to wrap my mind around the beauty sightings I posted about earlier the week (if you missed that, you need to CLICK RIGHT HERE and get yourself up to speed!). But now I have even more mind-blowing beauty sightings to share with you, thanks to some lovely readers. Let's get right to this:

Make Up For Ever Spotted at Marshalls
It is a great time to be a makeup lover who also loves to shop at discount stores. Recently we've seen some great higher-end brands at various discount stores (Charlotte Tilbury at Nordstrom Rack, Kat Von D at Marshalls and TJ Maxx, etc. etc.) and today I'd like to add this sighting to the list:
image credit: @eternaoptimista for Nouveau Cheap
Make Up For Ever Midnight Glow Palette spotted at Marshalls
(retail: $35; Marshalls price: $16.99)
Many thanks to reader @eternaoptimista on Instagram for the above photo. She found this palette at her local Marshalls this week, and I think this is the first time I've heard about MUFE popping up there! Exciting, right?
I realize that some of you have a hard time finding higher-end beauty deals like this at your local Marshalls/Ross/TJMaxx/Burlington stores, but it CAN happen. The makeup gods need to be on your side of course, but I love to share these sightings not to torture you, but to give you an idea of what you may be able to find in your area IF the makeup gods are indeed on your side. Hey, it never hurts to at least get out there and look, right? At least we know these types of things ARE out there!
Thanks again, @eternaoptimista, for the great sighting and pic!

So I Took a Chance on an Inexpensive Perfume from the Discount Store...
I'm a fragrance addict, and I do not discriminate. I love everything from drugstore body mists to boutique fragrances and I honestly only have one thing on my mind when I sniff a fragrance: does it appeal to me? If the answer is "Yes!" then I don't care about the brand.
That said, you know I'm always looking for a good deal. I often find popular, expensive fragrances at discount retailers like TJMaxx, Ross, Marshalls and Burlington Coat Factory (those places are a goldmine for fragrance junkies since things are often more than 50% off retail). When I was at Burlington Coat Factory a few weeks ago, this fragrance caught my eye and I decided to take a chance on it....

Widespread Kat Von D Cosmetic Sightings at Marshalls and TJMaxx
If you follow me on Instagram, you've probably noticed that this week the Kat Von D reader sightings have been pretty crazy. I've been reposting pics from readers left and right who have shared their scores at both Marshalls and TJMaxx this week, so I want to do a summary post here for you today to try and wrap up everything you've shared this week.
IMPORTANT: Kat Von D eyeliners were spotted at Marshalls and TJMaxx by several readers over the summer (I did a blog post at that time). But it appears that discount retailers have received NEW SHIPMENTS this week, and those shipments contain both lip colors and eyeshadow palettes. So if you're thinking, "I was at my Marshalls/TJMaxx a while back and they only had eyeliner sets," you might want to check again THIS week, since many more products have been popping up. I've heard from readers all over the US who have spotted these new deals (and a few from Canada who have spotted these at Winners!), so this is NOT an isolated incident occurring in just a handful of stores.
Many thanks to reader Becca (@b3cc4xo on Instagram) for the following pics of some products she spotted at her Marshalls this week:

Precision Beauty: Eco-Friendly Makeup Brush Line by Swissco
Did you know that Swissco (makers of the Beauty Blender dupe that you can get at Ross, Marshalls, etc. and many other products) has an eco-friendly makeup brush line? I posted about this earlier today on my Instagram and several of you said that you've been spotting these brushes at TJMaxx for about $6 each for the larger face brushes. So far the feedback from you has been quite good--some of you have mentioned that the bristles are very soft and that you're enjoying what you've purchased.
If you haven't seen this collection in person yet, here's a look (these definitely remind me of EcoTools brushes, but I'm loving the pink ferrules):

This just hit my desk and I'm excited to share it with my fellow lacquer heads out there! Check it out:
Miss Professional Nail has given their Sation line an "epic rebranding" with a "fun, fresh image, customized bottle/brush design" and new collections (Limited/Seasonal) in addition to the Sation Classic polishes. Take a peek at some of the new collections:
Miss Professional Nail (Miss) announces that 24 colors from its signature nail lacquer line, Sation, will soon be available at select TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Winners (Canada) stores. The color selection may vary from store to store and will be a mix of Sation’s Classic and Limited Collections. Miss Vice-President Mike Vo shares, “We are proud to offer continued value and increased accessibility to our diverse customer base.”
Miss holds the distinction as the only Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certified nail polish manufacturer in the United States with presence in a big-box retailer.

Mini-Review: The Balm Green Eye Kit from Marshalls
Even though The Balm Cosmetics have been surfacing at Marshalls stores across the country for some time now, I only JUST spotted them here in San Diego a few weeks ago, so I thought I'd share a mini-review with you of the Green Eye Kit, in case you happen to see these products in your area and would like a closer look. Also, I hope this helps if you're thinking about whether or not these products are worth "hunting" for at the Marshalls stores in your area.
NOTE: this is a mini-review, meaning that I will not go in-depth about staying power, consistency or wear. This is because, even though I purchased this kit a few weeks ago, I've only been wearing these products for a short time. I just wanted to get this up ASAP because things like this are timely and I want you to have a good shot at getting them if you're looking for them (vs. me testing them out for several weeks and not posting a review for a while, thus potentially decreasing your chances of finding these items in your area).
The Balm Cosmetics For Green Eye Kit
(Retail: $9.99 at Marshalls. If purchased separately: $85 on The Balm Cosmetics website)
These are all full-size products that are not a collection of now-discontinued products from The Balm. Every product in this kit is currently available on The Balm's website and I've included their individual retail prices with links below:
Cheater! Mascara: $18 retail
Shady Lady Eyeshadow in Just This Once Jamie: $16 retail
Shady Lady Eyeshadow in Curvy Cami: $16 retail
Overshadow in Work is Overrated: $15 retail
Balms Away Eye Makeup Remover: $20 retail
The
full retail price of these products if purchased separately: $85.

Spotted at Dollar Tree, Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Ross
If you've been reading my blog for the past week, you know that I've been working furiously to compile this list. The most important thing I'd like you to take away from reading this is that there are TONS of great beauty products currently surfacing at dollar stores and discount stores right now, so get out there and see what you can find!
I've compiled information and "sightings" submitted to me via comments, emails and tweets, and I want to apologize if I've forgotten to give anyone the credit they deserve. Sometimes multiple people submit similar info to me and it's hard to keep track. If you gave me the heads-up on anything in this post and I did not credit you, PLEASE leave a comment and let me know. I always love to give credit where credit is due!
If I have not included a sighting credit, it means that I spotted these products myself.
Let's start with DOLLAR TREE

Sally Hansen
I mentioned in this post that a lot of people (the first I heard from was my lovely reader Donna) have been spotting the Sally Hansen Nail Prism polishes lately, both the old bottle and the REALLY old bottle. When I went to a second Dollar Tree location in my area recently, I caved and bought some of the really old style Nail Prisms (the round, squat bottles) and I also found an older-style Xtreme Wear polish in Chocolate Nut:
A little tip: these two-packs are $1 each, so even though I only plan to wear one of the shades in some of the 2-packs I purchased, the second shade (see the pink Hard as Nails shades in two of these packs) is not going to go to waste! I am saving these to send in to Zoya the next time they run one of their Polish Exchanges, where you send in your old polishes and they send you bright, shiny new Zoya polishes. So just remember that if you plan to buy any of these 2-packs and you only want one of the colors in the pack!
And courtesy, again, of my lovely reader Donna, these Sally Hansen polishes have also recently been spotted at Dollar Tree:
Maximum Growths
Fire/Star Opals
No Chip 10 Day Nail Colors
Salon Nail Lacquers

Marshalls Alert! (Part 2)
Continuing on from my first post, here are the other goodies I spotted at Marshalls yesterday!
Huge pump-bottles of Pure & Basic shower gels and lotions for $7.99 (Pure & Basic can be found at most organic grocery stores, etc. Their products are gentle and smell amazing). The scents I found were Wild Banana Vanilla (one of my faves), Creme Brulee and Pumpkin & Spice.
Oh, and I also found a Pure & Basic shower gel in the scent "Cherry Almondine" which I have never seen before but smells AMAZING. It reminds of the original Jergens Cherry Almond lotion. :)
Whew! I think that was it for the goodies I spotted at Marshalls yesterday. As a few readers mentioned in the comments in my other post, some people are finding NARS bath and body products at Marshalls as well. I spotted a NARS shower gel at my Marshalls back in June (click here for that pic) but I didn't see anything this time around. :(
I'd love to know what you've spotted at your Marshalls/Ross/TJ Maxx lately! Please share it with us in the comments. :)
If you're unfamiliar with Philip B. haircare products, they are very expensive (full-size products like this retail for $30 and up). These were all $5.99 because I believe they're changing the packaging on the entire line.
Tons of Nicole 2-packs for $6.99 (the colors in this pack are a dark blue creme and a dark green with green micro-glitter)

Marshalls Alert! Marshalls Alert! (Part 1)
Little did I know, walking into my local Marshalls today, what a goldmine I would find in the way of bath, body, hair and nail products! If you need to do some holiday shopping for a fellow beauty addict, get thee to a Marshalls ASAP before you dare pay retail price for these goodies! Let's get right to it.
First of all, who knew they sold The Body Shop stuff at Marshalls now? I sure didn't! I spotted these little gift sets:
First of all, who knew they sold The Body Shop stuff at Marshalls now? I sure didn't! I spotted these little gift sets:
(Click any image to super-size)
This is a 3-piece Mango set with body wash, lotion and a bath pouf for $3.99
A 5-piece TBS gift set for $6.99
Next I spotted a TON of Philosophy stuff:
Small bottles of Pure Grace Body Emulsion, Inner Grace Body Emulsion and Shear Splendor for $9.99, medium bottles of assorted 3-in-1s (Fresh Cream, Belgian Waffles, etc.) for $12.99 and large bottles of 3-in-1s (Spiced Apple Cider, etc) for $14.99
Philosophy Cherry Cola 3-in-1 for $12.99
When did Marshalls start carrying Davies Gate? OMG! This bottle of Sugar Plum lotion retails for $18 and it was $4.99 today at Marshalls! Next to it is another Philosophy 3-in-1 in Blackberry Sauce, for $12.99
Lots more Korres body washes (which I've raved about before) for $3.99
Talk about the ultimate hostess gift: HUGE bottles of Williams Sonoma Pumpkin Spice hand soap (these come with a separate pump attached) for $6.99
Here's the much-coveted Sexy Bath and Body Pumpkin Moisture Balance Body Wash that I spotted for $4.99. I would have totally purchased this because I never see it at any beauty supply stores, but this bottle looked like it had already been used. :( I did smell it though, and now I understand why so many people rave about it. It smells DIVINE.
Blogger won't let me post the rest of the pics from my Marshalls trip (I've exceed the file size), so I'll post them in a second entry in just a minute. To be continued....

Marshalls Alert!
So I didn't even think I was going to Marshalls today but I was in the area for other reasons so of course I had to pop in and see if there were any great deals. Um, WOW! I cannot believe I found this:
NARS Skin Bath and Shower Gel in "Acacia" (retail $38, 6.7 oz)
I talked to an employee who said they had a few other NARS body products but they sold quickly (duh!) and this was the only product left. Marshalls price? $10. Crazy!
Also, I noticed that they had a HUGE new shipment of Korres bath, body and hair products (click here to see my original review of Korres) including body milk, shampoos, conditioners, super-size bottles of shower gel (see lower left side of pic) and of course the famous Korres Body Butter, all in a variety of different scents. All of these products were $3.99 and $4.99 (more than 50% off the retail price).
I'm constantly amazed at the quality of bath, body and hair products now available at Marshalls. Why would you ever pay retail again? If you're a bath/body/hair product junkie, definitely pop into Marshalls a couple times a month to see what's available.
