Interactive Sightings Map: Wet n Wild Spring/Summer 2015 Collections

Due to popular demand, I've created an interactive sightings map for both the Spring and Summer 2015 Wet n Wild limited edition collections. I'm sorry it took me so long to get this up (behind-the-scenes issues I won't bore you with!) but it's here now and I'm hoping it will be helpful to those of you looking for these collections.

Below you will find an interactive sightings map to help us track sightings of the Wet n Wild Spring and Summer 2015 Limited Edition collections. I create these maps in order to help all of us find these collections locally, so I thank you in advance for sharing your sightings with the community and for reading all of the instructions before you leave a marker on the map.

Interactive Sightings Maps - Feedback Request

Over the past week or so I've received requests to create interactive sightings maps (if you're new here, you can click HERE to see what these are all about) for some of the limited edition collections that you're having trouble locating.

I'd love to hear from you in the comments here on this post, as to the maps you'd most like to see. Right now I'm getting the most requests for the Maybelline Spring 2015 collection and the e.l.f. Elsa collection, but I've also received a few requests for a map for the Wet n Wild Spring 2015 collection (eyeshadow palettes and nail polishes).

NOTE: Please keep in mind that I do not do maps for permanent collections--only limited edition collections. So I won't be doing a map for the new Wet n Wild Fergie stuff, since those products will eventually be easy to find at most Walgreens stores (and probably online as well). Thanks!

Revlon has released FIVE shades of previously-discontinued Super Lustrous Lipstick shades in a limited edition collection (see above). These shades were voted on by fans via the Revlon Facebook page. 

This is an interactive sightings map to help track sightings of this collection. These lipsticks are going quickly, so I advise you to pick them up when you see them--if you wait, they might be gone by the time you go back!

A few quick reminders:

• If you're looking for either of these collections, I have interactive sightings maps for both of them, filled with reader-submitted sightings! You can access the sightings maps on the menu bar near the top of my blog (just click "Interactive Sighting Maps" to the left of the red lipstick tube!).

• Previously, I was letting readers know via my social media channels every time that I approved new sightings on these maps (I approved markers once per day). But it seemed like the reception to that was sort of "blah" so now I'm just approving markers once a day and not really announcing it. If you would like me to go back to letting you know via social media whenever I approve a new batch of markers, please leave a comment on this post and let me know?

• If you click that link, it will take you to all of the ACTIVE sightings maps. Hopefully this permanent link on the top of my blog will make it easier for all of you to access the sightings maps (both now and in the future) whenever you need them!

• Over the past week or two, I've approved about 30 new sightings on the Wet n Wild Pop Art Craze sightings map. This collection is still trickling out to retailers, but obviously the huge distribution wave is pretty much over (at one point I was approving 50+ new sightings per day!).

• If you ever have a request for a new sightings map, please leave a comment here on the blog or through any of my social media channels and I'd be happy to consider it! I generally only create these maps for collections that are NOT going to hit most drugstores (Wet n Wild, Milani, and JulieG are good examples since those limited edition collections have a more limited release). So for example, I probably won't do a Maybelline Fall 2013 sightings map because we're bound to see that collection hit just about every CVS/Rite Aid/Walgreens, etc. within the next few weeks.  But if the majority of you would like to see sightings maps for widely-distributed limited edition collections, I want to hear from you! I would certainly reconsider if the majority of you want 'em.

I want to take a moment to once again thank those of you who have left sightings markers on the interactive sightings maps--you have no idea how many of us you have helped. Your willingness to share you info here is so appreciated--I am forever grateful!

First of all: WOW! Thank you so much to all 100+ readers across the country who have left markers on the Pop Art Craze Interactive Sightings Map as of today! I have heard from many readers in the past few days who have been able to find these trios and polishes all because of your incredibly helpful information. So thank you, thank you, thank you for taking the time to share your sightings on the map--you have no idea how many of us you're helping (trust me, it's a lot!).

Second: I approve new markers once a day and after I do so, I let those of you who follow me on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Google+ know that I've updated the map. This is an interactive sightings map created to track sightings of the new Wet n Wild Limited Edition Spring Forward 8-Pan Palettes. In order to make this collection easier to find for all of us, you are encouraged to place a marker on this map (instructions below) if you have spotted the Wet n Wild Spring Forward collection in your area. I approve markers once per day, so if you do not see your marker after you submit it, please note that it may take up to 24 hours for it appear.

NOTE: IF THIS MAP DOES NOT LOAD FOR YOU, TRY VIEWING IT IN A DIFFERENT BROWSER OR CLICK HERE FOR A DIRECT LINK TO THE MAP (you cannot add markers via that direct link; you must add markers by accessing the map via this blog post).

WHEN VIEWING THIS MAP: If the description on a marker does not specify an exact location, zoom in on the map several times to see street names and hopefully you can figure out which drugstore is being referenced.

Wet n Wild Where's the Party? Interactive Sightings Map

Due to popular request, I've created a sightings map for the Wet n Wild Limited Edition Where's the Party? Collection (8-pan eyeshadow palettes). Please feel free to post a marker on this map if you find this collection in your area (detailed instructions below).

NOTE #1: I've added a NEW FEATURE to this map but I need your help to make it work. When you add a marker, please enter the store name, city and state in the very first box on the entry form. By doing so, your marker will come up in a list visible on the right side of the map when you view the map here. Hopefully this will make it easier to search for markers in your city and state. (If you don't like viewing this list when you're in full-screen mode, there is an option to remove it by clicking the little arrow at the top of the list.)

NOTE #2: I approve markers at least once a day, so if you do not see your marker after you create it, please allow UP TO 24 HOURS for it to appear on this map.

If this map will not load for you, try viewing it in a different browser or on a desktop. You may also access this map directly by clicking here, but if you want to add a marker, you must do so by visiting the map via this blog post. Thanks for your cooperation!
