Spotted: NEW Wet n Wild Spring 2015 Limited Edition Silver Lake Collection 6-Pan Eyeshadow Palettes

If you follow Wet n Wild on Instagram, then you probably saw this photo that they posted last week (which I promptly re-posted on my own Instagram) that included something quite interesting: a white 6-pan eyeshadow palette. I know everyone was very excited to see a possible return of the beloved 6-pans, but I said at that time that Wet n Wild usually reserves their white packaging for limited edition collections.

And it turns out I was right! Many thanks to my longtime blogging buddy Kimberly of Libby's Pink Vanity for this one:

NEW Wet n Wild Spring 2015 Limited Edition Silver Lake Collection
6-Pan Eyeshadow Palettes
(retail: $3.99 each)

Kimberly spotted this new, limited edition Spring 2015 collection of 6-pans at her local Walgreens this week and kindly shared this pic.

Keep reading for more info and a closer look...

I enlarged Kimberly's pic a bit for a closer look. As you can see, there are five different 6-pan palettes in this collection, and it appears that there are some mattes and shimmers in each palette.

If these are similiar to previous Wet n Wild limited edition seasonal collections, then I would expect that there will also be limited ediiton nail colors and perhaps even limited edition lip colors in the Silver Lake collection as well. I will let you know the moment I receive more info from my contact at Wet n Wild, so please stay tuned!

In the meantime, Kimberly is going to swatch and review these new LE 6-pans on her blog this week, so defnitely check her blog soon for that post!

Have you spotted this (or any other) Silver Lake display in your area yet? Thoughts?

Thanks again, Kimberly, for the great sighting and pic. I really appreciate it!

  2. These look interesting! I'm eyeing the neutral and pink-toned palettes from this picture. I just really hope this has the same quality as the Wet N Wild six-pans they discontinued. The pigmentation on those is absolutely fault-less imo. :)

  10. That's an interesting strategy, advertising eyeshadow palettes with a picture of models who don't seem to be wearing any eyeshadow...

  12. These really look nice. Especially the one on the left. I love me some nude eyeshadow palettes but they're all starting to look the same to me lately - except that one. I've got to snag that it for sure. Plus the one on the right for good measure.

  13. This may have nothing to do with this add. But the other day at Walmart I picked up a Megalast liquid lip color in Oh How IMake U blush I think 925a it's tiny and hard to tell. Thought I was grabbing a good pigmented gloss. Oh no Way. It's a long lasting Beautiful lipstick. I went to chemo today and put it on right after ten this am. It was good till a small trip to walgreens after for meds a cpl others sneaks like Walking on Egg Shells WNW finally the only place that had it. Walmart always out. Like a lot of other things. But it was probably three or so before I felt it starting to come off after I put some new plain lip balm from Aquafina I was trying it looked the whole time and I did drink from a cup that has a lid with slit in it. But that's all. It's so pretty and noticed the other day at least three hours I know I got. It felt like at the end it might be drying my lips a little. But I use a lot of balm, Burt's bees, chap sticks, EOS, etc some tinted a little. Some say u can get ur lips addicted to all that stuff. Carmex too. Doesn't matter either way for me. I have fan when I sleep and better than peeling lips but my lips were never dry later I paid 2.93$ for it. Well worth it. So Huge shout out to them for that. Have to let everyone know. U guys r the first.

  18. i agree, can you create a map for this to hunt the palettes? I went to a dozen in NYC and nothing yet, so it'll be helpful to see which region is getting them out first.

  20. I had to go to 5 Walgreens in my area before I finally found 1 with this display so I had to buy all 5 palettes of course Lol!

I'm actually wearing Thrift Store Chic today which I love the peachy pink shades of because they all work really well together to create a cohesive look. The only color I had problems with was the darker plum which was not very pigmented. Other than that I love it!

  21. *long time WnW collector/fan* If there was ONE THING I could ask WnW to make as a new product...it would be to bring back the 6-pans + their amazing formula and create new colors to put in them. They even went a step beyond my wish and made the packaging white OMG!!! I love the white packaging they have been using (this makes it 3 years in a row I think). I can't even explain how excited I am for these. The colors!!! I have been hunting like crazy but I will keep going until I find these! These are my most-wanted makeup thing right now. <333

  22. These have landed in Walgreens in the Houston Area. I found mine on S. Gessner off of Hwy 8.
They are so much prettier in person. Some have a pretty shimmer. All nice pastely yet bold.

  26. I have still not found these anywhere, and the only interactive map I see is from last summer (are those still being done?). It's like they're moving slooooowly across the country from west to east. Can people please list the general area they're in when they spot them? Thanks!
