Last week I shared a fun little deal about how to get the new Bath & Body Works Honolulu Sun Lip Balm at a special preview price of $3 (regularly $5.50). If you missed that deal, I'm sorry to tell you that this lip balm is no longer listed on the BBW site--I'm guessing they either sold out (since it was on sale and new), or it was only listed for a few days as a special preview. Either way, it SHOULD be available both online and in-store soon.

After I posted about that deal, I decided to order this new lip balm myself, as well as a few other new Spring 2015 items. So today I'd like to share with you what I got, and give you my quick opinions of everything so far.

Spotted: New Beauty Products at Rite Aid, Walgreens and Bed Bath & Beyond

I have spotted several new-to-me beauty products over the last few weeks at Rite Aid, Walgreens and Bed Bath & Beyond, so I thought I'd put them all into one collective sightings post for you today.

NOTE: I realize that some of these products may not be brand new to you, but not everyone gets new products at the same time around the country, so I hope this helps those of you who may not have seen these products in your areas yet!

First up, at Rite Aid:

L.A. Colors 12-Pan Palettes

I think these 12-pans are also available at Kmart, but this is the first time I've seen them at Rite Aid.

Bonne Bell Sun Smacker SPF24 Lip Balms

I don't recall ever seeing these particular Sun Smacker 3-packs before (please correct me if I'm wrong!).

Target beauty sightings

If you haven't been to Target in a while, there are some interesting things popping up that I thought I'd share with you today. I spotted these products myself over the course of a week, bopping from Targets to Targets in my area, but I have heard from several of you who have also spotted some of these products at your local Target stores, so you should probably be able to find these in your area too!

I first posted about the new Softsoap Décor Collection Liquid Hand Soaps back in February (you can click here for press info) and by now, I'm guessing you've probably seen these in the hand soap aisle at your local drugstores, big box stores and grocery stores. Review: Method Summer 2014 Limited Edition Vanilla Creme Foaming Hand Wash

Ever since I first posted about the Method Summer 2014 Collection fragrances, I've been stalking my local Target for them.  I finally saw them about two weeks ago on the top shelf of the permanent Method hand soap display at Target, and I immediately grabbed the hand soap in Vanilla Creme.

If you missed my original post, this collection was inspired by "sophisticated sweets and frozen treats" and includes gel hand wash, foaming hand wash, and moisturizing body wash in three fragrances: Orange Ginger Sorbet, Brambleberry Gelato and Vanilla Crème. You can see photos of the packaging for the other two scents here. Personally, my favorite in terms of packaging is Vanilla Creme:

Dollar Store Alert!

If you've got a 99-Cent Only store in your town (click here to see if you do), and you're interested in stocking up on the BRAND NEW Dial Naturals Tangerine & Guava hand soap, you might just be in luck! As you may remember, I reviewed (and absolutely LOVE) the Dial Naturals Tangerine & Guava Body Wash, and was hoping for a good sale at the drugstores so that I could pick up the hand soap as well.

Well I stopped by my local 99-Cent Only today on the way home from work and I couldn't believe my eyes! Not only did they have these hand soaps (for, of course, $0.99 each) but they also had my favorite NutriSkin hand soaps AND two new scents from a collection that's so new I haven't even see it in "regular" stores yet!

My newest obsession: Target Up & Up Bamboo Lime Hand Soap

When winter comes to an end, I immediately start to crave crisp, invigorating citrus scents. So when I spotted the new hand soaps at Target a few weeks ago, I immediately gravitated toward this one and just had to bring it home with me:

No stranger to Target hand soaps (remember this obsession from almost exactly one year ago?), I'm consistently impressed with the unique fragrance combos that Target releases each year. Like I've mentioned before, I'm a sucker for unique and interesting fragrances when it comes to something as boring as hand soap. Who doesn't like to spice it up a bit, right?

Spotted: lots of new drugstore products

I've spotted lots of new products at Rite Aid, CVS and Walgreens over the past week, so I thought I'd share them all with you in this post. I've also received some great reader-submitted sightings that I'll post over the weekend, so check back soon if you like these types of posts!

First up, at Rite Aid I spotted the third display of the LE Maybelline Fashion Week Spring 2012 Collection! Remember when I posted the first two displays (click here if you missed them) and I said that, historically, Maybelline usually releases a third Fashion Week display devoted entirely to glosses? I guess they're keeping with that tradition!

Spotted: new bath & body products

I recently spotted a few new bath & body products at my local Target so I thought I'd share:

New Tone Fruit Peel Body Wash with Alpha-Hydroxy Fruit Acids

I love Tone body washes so I was excited to see this new one because I also love AHAs in skincare.

A trip to the Bath & Body Works Outlet

I recently visited my local Bath & Body Works Outlet (for those in San Diego, it's located at the Las Americas Premium Outlets). There's also a Victoria's Secret Outlet at this mall, and I usually end up buying a few things there as well. But this time around, the selection was a bit thin at the VS outlet: no makeup at all, select fragrances 75% off and some body products 6/$35 or something like that.

The selection at the BBW Outlet was a little thin as well (it's usually jam-packed with so many great deals that I almost have a slight anxiety attack when I walk through the door!). There were lots of Holiday 2011 products such as candles, Wallflowers, anti-bacs and home fragrance oils, but not a lot of the older and/or discontinued bath and body products that I usually loving stocking up on. I'm guessing this was due to the holidays; it makes perfect sense that the outlet locations would be packed with holiday items in January. 

So I took this opportunity to stock up on some of my favorites from the 2011 holiday collections:
