Payless Shoe Source beauty collections that are hitting stores this month. I recently received the official press release directly from Payless's PR, so I'd like to share it with you so that we all have the most accurate and up-to-date information:

On-Trend Colors, Shimmers and Scents Expand Accessory Offering from Payless ShoeSource
TOPEKA, Kan., September 15, 2010 – Beginning today, women can turn to Payless ShoeSource to fully complete their signature style from head to toe with the introduction of the Payless beauty line. Well known for on-trend and affordable footwear and accessories, the Payless beauty launch now extends the brand’s mission of “democratizing fashion” to the beauty products category.
The Payless beauty line launches today in 1,500 stores under two brand names, Unforgettable Moments™ and Zoe & Zac™ Naturals, and includes a range of fragrances, makeup and body items such as signature scents; lotions, creams and butters for body, hands and feet; as well as color for eyes, lips, nails and face. Like all Payless products, the new beauty collection is available at a great price -- as low as $2.99 an item -- with nearly 90 percent of the line available for under $10 an item. The beauty items will begin availability in mid Sept. beginning with fragrance and body items; color items are expected to arrive in stores in early Oct. rounding out the complete assortment.

Unforgettable Moments™
The Unforgettable Moments beauty line boasts 52 items all devoted to the moments in life you'll never forget. Your first date. Your first kiss. These are moments that are forever etched in your memory: moments when you feel your best, moments that define who you are.
Unforgettable Moments offers two signature fragrances -- Promise and Charmed -- developed by a high-end fragrance house. Promise, an "eternal love" fragrance, combines a scent of rain touched with pear blossoms and white musk. Charmed, a flirty "new love" fragrance includes citrus notes of mandarin and freesia with a touch of exotic amber topped off with the sweetness of cotton candy. Both fragrances are available in an Eau de Toilette and a Rollerball applicator, as well as infused into the hand cream and body butter products.
The Unforgettable Moments™ line also includes an array of color products for eyes, lips, nails, and face. Eye and lip palettes offer three shadows and three lip colors each and eye kits including four shadows with two color coordinating gel eyeliners -- all featuring fall’s hottest hues from plums and purples to turquoise. Three lip pallets include six different lip colors and a mixing well to create customized hues. Lip gloss tubes are available individually and in coordinating sets in romantic red, pink and purple tones. A self-dispensing shimmer brush is perfect for adding a dash of delicate sparkle on face, neck and shoulders before heading out for the evening.
Three gift sets pairing fragrance and body products perfect for “girls’ night out” to “date night” are also available.
Zoe & Zac™ Naturals
The Zoe & Zac line includes 44 items aimed at bringing beauty back to basics. The nature-inspired colors and scents are perfect for everyday occasions from a shopping trip with girlfriends to a casual lunch date. The line focuses on keeping the glamour in beauty, while taking the extra steps to make sure that the items are good for consumers and the environment. This line, as well as the Unforgettable Moments beauty line, are free of Parabens, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Phthalates and uses recyclable packaging designed for minimal waste.
Also developed by a high-end fragrance house, the fragrances for Zoe & Zac come in two signature scents: Blackberry Honey and Bamboo White Tea. The Blackberry Honey scent is an intermingling of berries, florals and honey with a woody skin musk, while the Bamboo White Tea scent combines citrus notes with the green freshness of bamboo. Both scents will be available in a body mist spray and are infused into the shower gel, body butter, body lotion and hand cream.
Zoe & Zac also includes color products for eyes, lips, nails and face. The lip shimmers and butters are available in a range of colors from deep saturated reds to light shimmery pinks. Four eye and lip pallets offer coordinating eye and lip colors from bright blues and greens to pinks and roses. Nail sets with three polishes come in glamorous reds and pops of pink. Mineral powders deliver a lightweight blend of four flattering shades to highlight cheeks or even out skin tone. The fall Zoe & Zac collection will also include four hand sanitizers in delicious nature-inspired aromas.
To round out the line, three gift sets including a combination of items perfect for travel, nights in with the girls, or gifting are also available.
The Payless beauty collection will be refreshed seasonally to reflect the latest trends and colors. The Fall/Winter 2010 Payless Beauty items are available in select Payless stores beginning mid Sept.
