Spotted: NEW Products from Biore, Neutrogena, Garnier, Organix, Burt's Bees, Olay and More (PIC HEAVY)

Happy New Year, my lovelies! I thought I'd kick off 2015 with a big ol' new product sightings post for you today. In addition to all of the new 2015 makeup I've been covering for the past several weeks, new skincare, body care and haircare products are now starting to make their way into drugstores and big box stores, and I've got TONS to share with you thanks to some very lovely readers (I've also spotted some new things myself over the past week or so, which I'l be showing you in second).

I have so much to cram into this post that I want to apologize for not remembering all of the retailers and prices for these sightings--I received submissions from just about all of my social media channels and it was a little crazy trying to keep track of the details. But as we all know by now, all of these products should be showing up EVERYWHERE quite soon (if you haven't already seen them in your area) so just keep checking in with your usual retailers and be on the lookout.

First up, some new Biore Charcoal products:

Reader @stallion1920 on Instagram spotted the new Biore Charcoal products this week and kindly shared this pic of two of the items she purchased.

Keep reading to see the all of the Biore Charcoal products (and much, much more)...

New bath and body products from Method, South of France and Caress

I've got some fun new products to share with my fellow bath and body product lovers today! First up, two lovely readers shared pics of the new Caress body washes. Reader @Raginrah on Twitter spotted these at Walmart this week and shared this pic:

Review: Caress Limited Edition Silkening Body Wash in Enchanting Secret

I picked up this limited edition body wash from Caress about two weeks ago at Target (I have no idea how long this has been on the market or how long it will be in stores). I thought I better review it ASAP if it's a holiday-only type of thing, so that you have plenty of time to find it, if you're interested! I have only seen this at Target in my area, but if you've seen it elsewhere, please do let us know!

New body washes from Nivea, Caress and Softsoap

When I was out and about over the weekend, I spotted some new body washes I wanted to share with you!

 Softsoap Moisturizing Body Wash in
Raspberry Sorbet & Almond Blossom
(retail: around $5, 18 oz)

I could definitely smell the raspberry in this one, with a touch of almond as well. The overall fragrance seemed sweet and a tiny bit plastic-y to me, but of course it might develop differently when you actually use it in the shower.

Nivea Touch of Serenity Moisturizing Body Wash in
Hibiscus Blossom and Aloe
(retail: around $6, 16.9 oz)

To my nose, this one smelled similar to other fragrances in this line of Nivea body washes. It's clean, soft and feminine. I think that if you like other Nivea body washes, you might like this one as well, because it's got a similar feeling to it as the rest of the fragrances in this line.

Caress Body Wash in Sheer Twilight
(Black Orchid & Juniper Oil)
(retail: around $6, 18 oz)

If you saw my post about the OTHER new Caress body wash, Scarlett Blossom (red lychee and patchouli), then you know I'm loving these new releases from Caress. Like Scarlett Blossom, Sheer Twilight (black orchid and juniper) has a fragrance that can be classified as more in the "perfume" category, with deep, rich notes of orchid and juniper. I'm happy to see these new options that cater to those who shy away from the fruity, fresh and sweet scents you normally find at the drugstore.

Have you tried any of these new drugstore body washes yet? If so, I'd love to hear your thoughts!

New body washes from Caress and Suave

For some odd reason, my local grocery stores always seem to get the brand new body washes long before the drugstores or big box stores in my area. I'm totally not complaining though, because when they first offer new products, they often sell them for an "introductory price" that's a few dollars cheaper than the normal retail price.

I picked up a brand new body wash the other day that I'm VERY excited to share with you ( I'm testing it first because I'll do a formal review of it) but until then, I wanted to show you two other new body washes I spotted recently:

Caress Fine Fragrance Elixirs in Scarlett Blossom
(retail: around $4, 18 oz)

I noticed that this is already up on the drugstore.com site, but this was my first time seeing it in person. The scent description from drugstore.com:

Scarlet Blossom™ with Silky Fragrance Infusion™

Fragrance Pearls™ with the scent of Red Lychee and Patchouli Oil

Want to be enchanting without a spoken word?

Caress® Scarlet Blossom - a finely fragranced body wash infused with Fragrance Pearls which release the scent of Red Lychee and Patchouli Oil. This alluring fragrance, inspired by exotic blossoms at the peak of their bloom, lingers on your soft skin long after you step out of the shower.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that if you're a fan of Bath & Body Works Black Amethyst, you are going to LOVE this new Caress body wash. To my nose, they smell similar, and if not identical, they're definitely in the same "family".

Next up:

Suave Body Wash in Milk & Honey Splash
(retail: around $1.99, 12 oz)

This also is already up on drugstore.com, but this was my first time seeing it in person.

From the drugstore.com site:

Milk & Honey Splash Body Wash enriched with milk proteins

Enriched with moisturizing milk proteins and the fresh scent of honey, Suave Creamy Naturals Milk & Honey Splash will leave your skin feeling soft, smooth, and delightfully fragrant.

Same great fragrance appeal as Bath & Body Works®*

Made in USA

*Compared to Bath & Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar Shower Gel. Bath & Body Works is a registered trademark of Bath & Body Works Brand Management, Inc.

I don't get BBW Warm Vanilla Sugar when I smell this one, but I do get milk and honey, and not in that weird synthetic way that you get from other milk-and-honey body washes at the drugstore. This one seems a bit sweeter and creamier to me, and I really like it. I also really love the formula of Suave's creamy body washes (they work exceptionally well with my skin) so I will definitely be picking this one up.

Have you spotted either of these new body washes in your area yet? Do you own either one? How do you like them?

Caress Evenly Gorgeous is a scent dupe of Bath & Body Works Sugared Shortbread!

I'm about to go waaaaaaay old school on you right now so stay with me, OK? One of my super sweet girlfriends gave me a bottle of Caress Evenly Gorgeous Body Wash recently, and the moment I sniffed it I knew I had smelled that scent before. Then it hit me: Caress Evenly Gorgeous Exfoliating Body Wash smells EXACTLY like Bath & Body Works Sugared Shortbread shower gel from their 2001 Holiday Collection.

2001, you say? I know. I'm amazed that I could even make the connection, given how many products I smell on a daily basis. But I'm telling you, that scent is burned into my olfactory memory because I freaking LOVED it. I searched and searched in vain for a picture of Sugared Shortbread online, but I couldn't find one. I can totally remember the bottle because it was so DARN cute. It was opaque white with a little blue holiday scene on the bottle, and the holiday scene was delicately outlined in iridescent glitter. I'm telling you, it was one of the cutest bottles BBW has ever made, which makes it all the more a tragedy that there are no pics of it online.

Anyway, if you remember Sugared Shortbread, you need to sniff Caress Evenly Gorgeous and tell me if you agree. This is a scent dupe if I've ever smelled one.

And by the way, I am really liking Caress Evenly Gorgeous! Aside from the awesome scent, it's a nice shower gel that feels great on the skin and isn't drying. Plus, it contains some great ingredients like burnt brown sugar and karite butter (the fancy name for shea butter).
