If you caught my post about the new Real Techniques Bold Metals Collection, then you know that Ulta is putting out some exciting new displays in their stores right now. And now that includes some new goodies from Nyx!
Many thanks to longtime reader Lisa of Swatchesandwhatnot blog (@makeuplunchanddinner on Instagram) for this one. Lisa spotted two new Nyx displays at her local Ulta today and was nice enough to share some pics with us:

NEW Nyx Correct & Contour Palettes
(retail: $11.99 at Ulta)
Keep reading for more info and pics...
The Wonder Sticks on the right side of this display (double-ended highlight and contour sticks) are not new--you can read more about those on the Nyx site HERE. As for these Conceal & Contour Palettes, they're definitely new and not yet on the Nyx or Ulta websites as of the time of this post. In fact, if you follow Nyx on Twitter, you might recall that back in September they tweeted that they were pushing out the launch date of these palettes. So if you've been waiting for these since September, they're finally here!
Looking at the photo above, you can see that there are three different palettes here (light, medium and deep, I'm guessing) and if you look at the photo on the display, shades 1, 2, 3 and 4 in each palette are for concealing and contouring, while shades 5 and 6 in each palette are for concealing and correcting. These are creams (not powders) and you can kind of see that in the fingerprints in the testers above.

NEW Nyx Tinted Brow Mascaras
The Brow Gels on the bottom row of this display are not new--you can read more about those on the Nyx site HERE. As for the Tinted Brow Mascara, this is definitely a new product and not yet on the Nyx or Ulta sites as of the time of this post. It appears that there are five shades here (with testers!). I forgot to ask Lisa about the price of these but I'm guessing they're around the same price as the Brow Gels ($7).
Have you spotted either of these new products at your local Ulta yet? Thoughts? I would imagine that both products should be on the Nyx and Ulta sites very soon.
Thanks so much, Lisa, for the great sightings and pics. I really appreciate it!

Thanks, these look interesting. Going to hunt the concealer palette down tomorrow. Hope it is creamy, my under eyes are super dry at the moment. Yet the rest of my skin is super oily, go figure!
ReplyDeleteWow those palettes look so much like MAC's concealer palettes. Same design! Very useful as it has different products in one place
ReplyDeleteI've never seen the Wondersticks at Ulta. Are they any good?
ReplyDeleteBrow gel at Harmon
ReplyDeleteOooh, those look interesting! I love multi-tasking products, and I get the impression that with a little primer on first, the palette could be used to create some eye looks, too.
ReplyDeleteI foresee a trip to Ulta before the weekend is over.
I wonder if the Tinted Brow Mascara is a dupe for Benefit's Gimme Brow? If so, a price point of about $7 versus $22? I'm definitely looking out for these!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking the same thing!
DeleteI love how Nyx has testers. I wish more drugstore brands would follow suit. There is nothing more frustrating than having to make sure someone didn't swipe their finger over the lipstick you want to buy! I would think it would actually save the brand money in the long run, but hey, that's just my two cents!
ReplyDeleteI think finger swiping would "almost" be bearable instead of seeing someone take a lipstick, break the seal/open it up, put it on their lips and then put the tube back. I have seen it done before and it's like EWWW GROSS!
DeleteI agree, tons of loss prevention money saved! Even if stores would just set them out on their own. It would save lots of returns as well.
DeleteNYX has a few really great new releases! I have never tried NYX, I think it's about time.
ReplyDeleteI just saw these in Ulta today! The brow mascaras looked interesting, and the concealer palettes did, too! They were a liiitle pricy for NYX, so I'm going to have to wait for the next sale!
ReplyDeleteHow much were they?
DeleteThe concealer palette was $12, and the brow gel was $7
DeleteI swatched the concealer palette on my arm in Ulta, and the texture was very creamy, almost greasy. The contour shade looked quite orange too. Would probably skip it but I'd love to see a review!
ReplyDeletethis is exciting, I've been wanting to try MaskCara's HAC pac but the concealer palettes look similar and much more affordable especially with sales and coupons. I've also been interested in the wonder stick but I didn't know Ulta carried it, I'll have to go hunting now
ReplyDeleteI just picked up the medium and dark correct and contour palettes - I was bummed the light was sold out.
