This offer is only available IN-STORE. In fact, when you go on the Ulta site, you can't even purchase this product on the website--it's only in-store. And just to test it, I put over $20 worth of merchandise in my cart on the Ulta site and it did NOT add this product to my cart. BUT, if anyone has been able to get this deal online, I would love to know--it did not happen for me!
If you have never tried this leave-in before, it's amazing. I personally own it and I swear it turns my hair into butter whenever I use it--I use it sparingly since it costs so much, but you can be sure I am totally going to try and take advantage of this deal since it retails for $20 regularly.
If you work at Ulta or have been there recently to try and take advantage of this offer, I would LOVE to know if this product is out of stock at your store. I'm guessing that since the 21 Days of Beauty Steals Event is going on right now, these are probably going very quickly since everyone and their mother is making a $20 purchase at Ulta right now!

I recently bought It's a 10 with keratin after hearing raving reviews on youtube and all over the internet. I typically shower at night and I spray it into my hair while it's still damp but not dripping. The next morning, I haven't noticed any big differences in the way my hair feels or styles. I think I use enough if it - I try to make sure I get all the sections of my hair. Am I doing something wrong? Are there some hair textures that it doesn't work with? (I have Asian black hair that hasn't been colored or treated. It's pretty long and naturally wavy.)

DeleteG, this might be a stupid question but do you know if this is something they have behind their counters and will give it to you after your total comes out to $20 at checkout? Or do you grab it off the shelf and bring it along with you to the counter? I ask because the girls at my Ulta aren't very helpful when it comes to deals and promotions. Thanks in advance!

DeleteThey may also have a display somewhere in the store. The Ulta I went to today had an Island with the top shelf being the free one and the bottom shelf being full of other 10 leave ins. Probably so you can spend your coupon you get with the free one.

DeleteI went yesterday and they didn't give me one even though I made a 20 dollar purchase, I went back today and they gave me one. However when I was there yesterday there were tons of boxes of these and today most of the boxes are empty so I am guessing they will be gone before the end of the weekend

DeleteI got one of these when I bought my hair dryer the other day. I didn't know about the promotion, so it was a nice surprise! I've only used it once, but I like it so far. It smells good, and I got compliments on how shiny my hair was. It also comes with a $5 off $10+ "It's a 10" purchase, which is nice if you want to purchase again.
ReplyDeleteI also overlooked that it said "with any $20 Ulta purchase" I thought we had to buy $20 of It's a 10 product to qualify. But No! it's any $20 purchase in the store!!!! doesn't need to be Ulta brand, anything you buy for $20 will qualify YAY!!! Store only though.

But I'm not sure if they give it to you once you reach $20 or you have to bring in yourself. Because I had picked up the Leave in Keratin as my gift and another It's a 10 that cost little over $20, so I went to the cashier with both products, she told me the actual promo, so I left the other item. So you might wanna pick it up with your purchases in case she doesn't offer? not sure.
Also the Leave in Keratin, some of them had $5 off coupon attached for any It's a 10 purchase in the future.
I have the regular leave in It's a Ten (no keratin), and I love it to pieces! It smells wonderful too!

ReplyDeleteI tried to get this deal, however, they told me you must purchase $20 worth of "Ulta" cosmetics to get it. I hadn't purchased anything Ulta brand, so they wouldn't give it to me.

I wanted to tell you G. I went to Ulta again today and got Butter Londons BackStage Basics set with a fullsize Base coat, Top Coat, and a polish of my choice with a travel size polish remover for $19 instead of the normal $44. I actually bought two sets. Its a crazy good deal considering each 3free polish is $15. Also I got another Its a 10 leave in. So if someone wanted it looks like you can at least one per day.

ReplyDeleteI just came back from ulta and spent 30 dollars.. I asked the cashier about the free It's a 10 and she told me I have purchase $20 worth of Ulta cosmetics to get it. So I couldn't get one.. so sad!
ReplyDeleteI bought around $37 worth of L'oreal stuff and got only a small sample of the It's a 10 Miracle Leave In product. I thought it was supposed to be a full size. Also, some workers don't know what's going on because one lady told me that the event ended last week but I was still given one by another worker at the cashier.
ReplyDeleteI was able to get a 4 oz bottle yesterday (4/3) with my $20+ salon services total. I used it last night and I can tell it's going to be a favorite. There were still plenty of free bottles at my store, I was offered it without having to ask, and I got it with a salon purchase. It included the $5 off coupon as well.
