Walgreens Sale Alerts (Wet n Wild, Disney Villains, EOS and more)

I've got lots to cover here today, so please do take a moment to read through this post--I don't want you to miss anything!

First and foremost, a big thank-you to several readers, including readers who also happen to be Walgreens employees *waves to all you wonderful Beauty Advisors out there* for this one:

If you have been thinking about picking up some Disney Villains products (search "disney villains" on my blog for all of my coverage and reviews), you should know that ALL of the Disney Villains items (lashes, makeup bags, hair accessories, nail kits, elf look books and nail polish sets) will be 25% off on October 5th at your local Walgreens stores (between 10AM and 5PM). And the same goes for all Wet n Wild Fantasy Makers items (search "Fantasy Makers 2013" on my blog for my coverage of this year's collection).

Now through Saturday, 9/28, take 15% off sitewide at Walgreens.com with code 15FALL. This discount can be applied to sale items and as you already know, Wet n Wild Coloricon eyeshadow trios and blushes, Megashield lip colors, etc. are on sale this month (through 9/28) for $2 both in-store and online (regularly $2.99). So that would bring your price down to $1.70 each.

ALSO on sale at Walgreens.com (and in-store) this month is the Fergie Centerstage Collection (all items are 25% off). So for example, if you ordered a Fergie eyeshadow primer (click here for my review), your final price would be $3.18 (down from the full retail price of $4.99).

I'm not sure if this sale includes the new Fergie Jet-Set Palettes. Those new palettes are not available online, but it just occurred to me that they could be 25% off in-store this month IF they're considered part of the Ceterstage Collection...if you know, would you leave a comment and fill us in? Thanks!

I totally missed this in my weekly wrap-up so a few readers here and on Instagram for bringing this to my attention. As I've been mentioning in my wrap-ups this month, there's a $2 off 2 eos lip balms coupon in the September Walgreens Coupon Book (free and available in-store). This week (through 9/28), eos lip balms are on sale for 2/$6 so if you use that coupon you'll get them for 2/$4 ($2 per lip balm). Sweet!

And also...

Well at Walgreens Lip Balm in Watermelon

Did you know about this eos dupe, now popping up at Walgreens? Someone had mentioned it on Instagram probably about a month ago (sorry, I forget which one of you told me about it!) and then a few weeks ago, reader Sam sent me this picture--thanks so much, Sam!

I've been scouring my local Walgreens stores for this one but so far, no one seems to be carrying it here (yet). I don't know the price but I'm sure it's less than an eos lip balm (if any of you have seen these at your local Walgreens stores, please let us know the price, if you remember? Thanks!).

This eos dupe is not available online, but I do want to let you know that the infamous Lypsyl Honeyberry Lip Balm (my personal favorite flavor from Lypsyl, which is hard to find in stores) is available on the Walgreens site in case you were planning a haul during the 15% off sale.

Whew! I think that's it...for now. Thanks so very much to all of the readers who helped make this post possible. I truly appreciate the info, tips and photos!

  5. The Walgreens EOS dupe is 2.99 I like the packaging better than EOS because it doesn't get dirty in your purse. The Watermelon flavor is really good.

  6. They are $2.99 G. Not much of a deal to the eos. Plus the first ingredient is mineral oil. :/ Here is a photo of the back of the packaging. http://statigr.am/p/522470427135043310_26495504

  8. I just got back from Walgreens - just a few of their "behind the glass" fragrances were marked on clearance. I purchased Dior Dune EDT1.7oz for 50% off - which brought it down to $34.99. I never thought I'd see Dune on sale, but also couldn't figure out why Walgreens would stock such an unusual scent.

  9. If you bring them back with the receipt they will give you the difference. I just did with the tough girl shadows I bought. :-)

  10. Did you know there is a new Lypsyl flavor? It's like vanilla plum or something.

  11. I bought the Walgreens Watermelon balm about 1 month ago..so delicious. I have since gone back and sold out. Sad I only picked up 1. However regarding the ELF palettes, I passed on the cosmetic bag and not liking the Scunci's at all, sort of childlike. I have the Ursual palette, but looking for the others. BTW..They have already been on sale at my store. Sunci's have been 2 for 10.00 and the bags are down to 8 bucks I think.

  12. Does anyone know if Walgreens will do a price adjustment for the villains collection? My receipt would be within 30 days of the purchase, so I am technically eligible for a return.. Any help would be appreciated!

  13. Eos is worth the few extra cents over some other brands because of the better ingredients. I don't have to worry about a possible carcinogen in my lip products and that is pretty important to me.. Believe me, if u try them out, you'll b super happy!

  14. Emilynoel83 on youtube hauled that watermelon balm some time ago. I have a few EOS balms and I like them for wearing under products but don't find them incredibly moisturizing.
