Continuing my reviews of the products I purchased from the new Nonie Creme Colour Prevails makeup brand (exclusive to Walgreens), today I'd like to show you the eyeshadow I purchased from the Walgreens site a few weeks ago.

PLEASE NOTE: The Nude & Neutral palette was the only palette available at the time of my purchase, but I see now that all three palettes are now available on the Walgreens site. Review & Swatches: Nonie Creme Colour Prevails Nail Lacquers in Socially Awkward and Frock Star

As I mentioned in my previous post (click here to see the full Nonie Creme Colour Prevails display now popping up at Walgreens stores), I purchased some products from this new beauty brand a few weeks ago via the Walgreens website. It's always difficult to order online when you've never seen a product in person (and there were absolutely zero swatches or reviews online at the time of my purchase), so I took a chance with these two polish shades. I decided on a glitter and a creme (you know me and pale greens!), so let's take a closer look.

Spotted: CIRCA Beauty and Nonie Creme Colour Prevails Displays at Walgreens

They're here! I've heard from several of you in the past week who have spotted both the new CIRCA Beauty and Nonie Creme Colour Prevails displays at your local Walgreens (both lines have been available online for a few weeks now at Walgreens.com and Drugstore.com). And guess what? Both displays contain TESTERS!

PLEASE NOTE: Both of these lines are considered "masstige," which basically means prestige level cosmetics at more affordable price-points (in other words, they're more expensive than your standard mass-market makeup, but the packaging is nicer and they may possibly have better formulations than standard mass-market products). If you missed my previous posts about these two new brands, CIRCA Beauty is a new makeup brand by actress Eva Mendes (you can check out my review of a few products HERE). Nonie Creme Colour Prevails is a new makeup brand by the former founding Creative Director of ButterLONDON, Nonie Creme. I'll be posting my reviews of some Colour Prevails nail polishes and one of the eyeshadow palettes here on the blog later today. Both of these new brands are exclusive to Walgreens, including Drugstore.com and Duane Reade, which are both owned by Walgreens.

New Affordable Cosmetics Line at Walgreens from Founding Creative Director of Butter LONDON

I remember a few months ago reading that Nonie Creme, the former founding Creative Director at Butter LONDON, was set to launch a new cosmetics line in the US, UK and Canada (you can read that full article HERE for some behind-the-scenes details). But at that time, I remember thinking, "Aaah, it will probably be in the high-end range," which is why I didn't rush to post about it (because you know I'm all about affordable cosmetics over here).

But I want to thank reader Tori on Facebook for sending me a message yesterday alerting me to the fact that the new Nonie Creme - Colour Prevails line is now available for purchase at Walgreens.com and Drugstore.com and, according to this press release, this line will also be available in-store at both Walgreens and Duane Reade. And guess what? The prices are more affordable than I was anticipating. Not Wet n Wild or Jordana type affordable, but more along the lines of Flower Beauty or Physicians Formula. Plus, since this line will be avaialble at Walgreens, you know that means there will be sales to bring the prices down a bit.
