Add this to the list of the current crop of Too Faced-inspired makeup that you can now find at the drugstore!

Profusion Glamour Bar Eyeshadow Palettes
(retail: $4.99 each at Kmart)
Many thanks to reader @daiisyyr on Instagram for this one. She found this Profusion display at her local Kmart today and was nice enough to share some pics with us.
Keep reading for a look inside these palettes...
If you're new to Profusion, they're a brand that makes very affordable cosmetics that sometimes resemble higher-end cosmetics (remember the UD Naked lookalikes?). You can often find Profusion products at Kmart, Walgreens, dollar stores and discount stores like Marshalls, Ross and Burlington Coat Factory.
In particular, I have been VERY pleased with their $1 eyeshadow palettes (like THIS ONE) and also the $1 liquid lip colors from Walgreens. So hopefully these palettes will be nice too! Here's a closer look:

As you can see, you get 15 shades, one eyeliner and one double-ended sponge applicator with each palette.
UPDATE:

Reader @freakumbee on Instagram purchased two of these palettes a while back at Marshalls for $3.99 each (since publishing this post, I have since heard from several of you who have spotted these at Ross, Marshalls and Burlington Coat Factory over the last few months, so apparently this collection is only new to Kmart!). @freakumbee was nice enough to share these swatches of two of the three palettes.
These shadows were swatched on bare skin (no primer) and @freakumbee said that the pigmentation is good on these, but as is often the case with Profusion palettes, the finish is pretty much the same for all of the shades (shimmery). It would have been nice to see some other finishes here but if you like these colors, these could be fun for under $5.

Have you spotted these at your local Kmart (or elsewhere)? I would love to hear from any of you who already own these.
Thanks so much, @daiisyyr and @freakumbee, for the great pics!
I just picked up another Chocolate-themed Profusion palette at Five Below called Sweet Tooth. It has 9 shades and the pans also look like squares of chocolate similar to these. It was only $3!
ReplyDeleteOMG these are too freakin' cute!! I love these! I hope they show up at Walgreens. I have never seen Profusion at the Kmart in my area, but I will check there just in case they happen to get these in. Thanks for the great pics!
ReplyDeleteI saw these at Marshalls in Connecticut for $3.99 each in November and actually took pictures to send you. Then I ended up getting a promotion and moving across the country, and by the time I ran across the pictures again I assumed these were old news. :-( They were on one of those floating wall shelves with the nail polish, etc.
ReplyDeleteThat's a bit of a jump from the $1 palettes to a $5 palette. I do like my neutral-toned holiday palettes. So, if the same quality is there, it might be worth the $5.
ReplyDeleteJust noticed these at the k Mart in Beaverton or.
ReplyDeletethese look really cute! I've never see this brand in Canada though!
ReplyDeleteKmart in Anderson SC has them
ReplyDeletenice!!!
ReplyDeleteI've seen these (or at least the pink one) at my local tj maxx for a while now, though they've been terribly crushed up. I'm scared to try them, though, since the $1 ones made my eyelids itch...
ReplyDeleteI saw these in my local Kmart (NYC) and managed to swatch one that someone had already opened (gee, thank you for ruining a display!). To me, the color looked great in the package but was sheer and didn't last long. I was thinking of getting one.......but not for $5.00.
ReplyDeleteHow's the quality?
ReplyDeleteYou can't beat those prices!! I hope I can come across them.
ReplyDeleteThank you melherself, my sister works there and I'm going to definitely have to get her to look for these!! Yay!
ReplyDeleteDo you remember where in Kmart? I can't find them.
ReplyDeleteNever tried profusion eyeshadow a bit these look pretty good.
ReplyDelete😍😍😍😍
ReplyDeleteThese are great but I find Makeup Revolution's chocolate palettes to be a closer dupe to the Too Faced Chocolate bars
