If you're unfamiliar with Bioderma Sensibo H2O, I mentioned in my previous blog post about the Simple micellar water (which you can read HERE if you're unfamiliar with micellar waters and want a quick definition) that Bioderma Sensibo H20 is by far the most popular and beloved micellar water worldwide. It was always available here in the US, but you had to pay $30+ for it on sites like Amazon and eBay.
But now Beautylish is offering it at a more affordable price (8.5 oz for $16.95 or 17 oz for $23.95; you also get a free travel size bottle when you order the 17 oz bottle). I believe shipping is $5 for US. If you've been wanting to see what all the fuss is about, just enter your email on the Beautylish site and you'll be notified when it's back in stock.
Keep reading for a special note for my fellow San Diegans who want to purchase this locally...
If you're in San Diego, I want you to know that Marukai is now selling Bioderma Sensibo H20 in both the Makeup Removing and Purifying formulas:
As you can see, the price is a bit higher, but if you were to purchase the 500 ml (17 oz) bottle above via Beautylish, you'd have to pay the $5 shipping which would bring your total to about $29 plus tax. So you're paying about $4 extra if you purchase at Marukai (and you don't get the free travel size bottle) but hey, if you love this stuff and need it NOW, it's a good option if you're in San Diego!
Thanks to everyone who took the time to let me know about the Beautylish news--I really appreciate it!
G., I want to thank you for introducing me to this product. Your earlier post came through while I was in Canada on business (I live in the U.S.), and I picked up a large bottle of the Sensibio to bring home -- I had to check a bag, anyway, so no problem with 3-1-1. Anyway, I have been using this for about a month to clean my face at night, whether I've worn makeup during the day or not, and my skin is SO much softer I can hardly believe it. I have had a stubborn patch of dry, flaky skin just above the bridge of my nose that even nightly apps of Eucerin wasn't helping, and it is now gone. I am glad to learn of another source of this product in the U.S. -- and I am going to try the Simple brand, too, in case it performs well enough to save me some money!
ReplyDeletei need it ! in my country you can get a 2 pack (500ml each) for around $30 i think or less :)
ReplyDeleteI'm putting myself on the wait list- I've been wanting to try this!
ReplyDeleteooooh so there's a mu removing formula! Because Simple doesn't do a good enough job at removing my makeup but I LOVE it for cleaning my face in the morning.
