LOL. I was just there Wednesday and bought almost all the Crinkled Chromes on clearance plus BOGO. So If I get more I wonder if they will 50% off plus BOGO? I am still missing a few shades. I am mostly going to grab my Gwen Stefani polishes I didn't get already and a back up for Push & Shove.

Yeah I guess they got an email from OPI which is crazy because there is a Salon Express inside a Walmart that when it clearances they go B1G2 and when the Mariah Carey 2013 polishes diso'd after Christmas I got them B1G3 at 50% off so I got 6 polishes for $9. I did pick up 10 China Glazes and 2 Orly's to make up for my saddness! I paid 13 with tax. A few were on my want list too so not a bad deal. Just a little annoyed I was in there Wed and bought 6 polishes (5 Crinkle Chromes and 1 from the Halloween collection) and could have waited 2 days :( Oh well.

They wouldn't give me the China Glaze bogo. I know they can do it because they did it during the finger paints sale but this was a different woman. I should have argued because she even read all stock but then told me no. Oh well, its still a great deal.

DeleteI bought waaaay too many Femme Couture Baked Eyeshadow Duos. :-P I've no idea why they discontinued them; (I'm guessing they must be discontinued if they're in the clearance bins but maybe someone can enlighten me either way) pretty much every one I've tried has been well-pigmented and so so sparkly. :-P And even the ones that aren't quite perfect when used on their own are instantly brought up to the level of the others with the application of a little primer. But seriously, I must now have pretty much every shade. XD I also picked up a few of the connecting eyeshadows and some of the .99 cent baked eyeshadows as well. Looking over my stash, I'm amused to find that I have three baked eyeshadows, all with the same number (no name) and, in the case of two anyway, same UPC...but all of which are rather different colors. :-P No idea. Anyway, thanks, G, for the nod! And, uh, sorry, everybody, for hogging the comments section. :-S
ReplyDeleteI wish I had more money to spend - I would buy out the whole clearance section for sure!!! Hopefully maybe perhaps :) they will have another sale like this sometime soon after I save up some more money. One can hope!!!
ReplyDeleteI went first thing this morning and got all of the FingerPaints flakies for $1.65 each! For SOME reason I decided to skip when they were first released so I was blown away that they still had any. I also got one of the new Sally Girl duochrome eyeshadows you mentioned (Enchanted). Very pleased with my haul! :)
