HIGHLIGHTS, TIDBITS AND NEWS 

CVS shoppers: Valentine's Day is approaching, which means all of the drugstores are offering nice sales on fragrances. This week when you scan your Extra Care card at the red scanner box, you should receive a coupon for $5 off any fragrance purchase of $25 or more. To go along with this coupon, all body mists (all brands except for Essence of Beauty) are B2G1FREE and there's also a BOGO1/2OFF sale on designer fragrances. There are also two nice deals on Maybelline this week (see below). Be sure to print the $1 off Maybelline coupon (above) to use with either of these deals. One more thing: L'Oreal Age Perfect, Revitalift and Youth Code BB Creams are on sale this week for $13.99 and there's a $2 off coupon (above) to go along with this sale.

Rite Aid shoppers: We've got 40% off all Neutrogena cosmetics this week (nice time to try that new long-wear foundation if your store has it). This is also a nice week for an NYC haul (especially if you've been wanting to try the new lip colors and nail colors). All NYC products are BOGO1/2OFF and when you spend $5 after the BOGO1/2OFF deduction you get $2+UP (limit 2). It's also a nice time for a Sally Hansen haul, especially if you've been wanting to try the new nail polishes (Triple Shine, Satin Glam, Glitter Overcoats, etc.) or I Heart Nail Art products. This week when you spend $20 on any Sally Hansen cosmetics or nail products you'll get $10 back in +UP Rewards (limit 2). AND there's another way to earn additional +UP Rewards on these sales (see details below about the Rite Aid Winter Savings Games). The February Video Values coupons are up (click the "beauty tab") and there are some awesome beauty coupons this month ($4 off 2 Revlon lip cosmetics, $3 off 1 Revlon face cosmetic and more). Remember that you can stack Video Values coupons with manufacturer's coupons for even more savings.

Walgreens shoppers: The Walgreens Winter Beauty Event has begun. Look for this coupon in this week's ad (available in-store):

There is a barcode on the bottom of this coupon (not visible in the image above) that you will need to have the cashier scan on your first beauty purchase (see fine print above to see what's eligible) and you'll also need to have them scan your Balance Rewards card at that time. After that, as long as you use your Balance Rewards card on ALL of your beauty purchases between now and March 1st, you will begin to rack up 50 points on your card for every $1 spent on  the eligible beauty products listed above. 

Also this week: Due to popular request, even though this is not beauty-related, I've had several readers over the years ask that I mention when Purex Crystals are BOGOFREE (a recurring sale at Walgreens). So here's your heads-up: They're BOGOFREE again this week. Also this week L'Oreal Age Perfect, Revitalift or Youth Code BB Creams $13.99 each and there's a $2 off coupon (above) to go along with this sale. There's also a fun deal on Almay this week (see below). The February Coupon Book is now available (free in stores) and here's the full list of what you can find in this month's book (remember, you can stack these coupons with manufacturer's coupons for more savings).
