In case you don't subscribe to the Wet n Wild newsletter (and if you don't, why not? It's free and easy to sign up!) then you might have missed this email which hit my in-box last night:
I'll take one in every color, please!
I have not seen this LE display in my local drugstores yet, but I know a lot of you have (and probably already own a few of these beautiful shades). From reading the tweets and seeing the reviews in the beauty community, I can tell you that the size of these bottles is smaller than the regular Craze polishes (to see all of the shades in the regular line of Craze polishes, click here). But from what I've seen, these little lovelies pack a powerful punch!
Do you already own any of these LE Craze polishes? If so, what do you think of them? And if you don't already have some, do you plan on picking any up when you see them in your area? What colors are jumping out at you?
i haven't been able to find this collection at all in the boston and rhode island areas :(
ReplyDeleteHaven't seen this one, but they also have a limited edition collection of their Wild Shine line. It is amazing! Especially Berry Jubilee and Blueberry Fizz. If you see them, you should pick them up. I got them for 50 cents each when Wet 'n Wild was BOGOF...
ReplyDeleteVery smooth, bright, and they're jellies that aren't too sheer as well! :D
The only place I've seen the display so far was at Meijer.
ReplyDeleteMichaela: Awwww, I'm sorry! Well if it makes you feel any better, I haven't seen them in my area either. :)
ReplyDeleteAriana: Oooh, I need to look out for those too! The names alone sound beautiful and your description makes me want them even more! (And btw, great price you got on those!). :)
Heather: Lucky you! I haven't seen them *anywhere* yet. :(
The bottles are smaller? I need to check these shades out!! I got so excited when I seen the newsletter! :)
ReplyDeleteLacy: Yep, I've heard from several people that they're pretty tiny. I find that adorable, but I just hope that they're easy to work with. Once I get my hands on some, I will definitely let you know! :)
ReplyDeleteI have Sumatra, Maui and Aruba.
ReplyDeleteI haven't used Sumatra yet, Maui is gorgeous and has great staying power. To be honest though, Aruba fell flat. In the bottle it looks like a vibrant purple but on nails it's like a flat mauve... hated it! I have several other of the Craze shades, and I REALLY love the shimmery dark green, I think it's called Morbid.
I got these about 2 months ago and I live in Brooklyn, NY but haven't seen them in Manhattan or anywhere else yet!
I haven't seen these. I don't know what is, but I rarely find WnW LE collections in my area, just regular line stuff. I hope I'll find these some where because like you I'd take one in every color!
ReplyDeleteI have tried them :) We had those like 2 months ago here in Canada :O haha I don'T know why because usually we get products after you guys, but whatever. I have tried 2 of them :) the pink one and a yellow one and all i cant tell is HATE :( As much as I wanted them to work, they didn't. Streaky and need so many coats. Maybe it's just a bad batch but dont get them. OR just buy one :) and chek if they work for you :)
ReplyDeleteby the way, I have Cancun and Thaiti I think :)
I saw them yesterday, and while I really liked the display, I didn't feel like I HAD to have any of the colors. I think I have similar ones of all of them already, and I am trying so hard to cut down on my spending. :)
ReplyDeleteHOWEVER. The first store I was at had an almost empty display of the Solar Heat collection! There were just two bronzers left, and I don't really use bronzer.
But it inspired me to go to another store in the chain (Wegmans grocery store) AND they had a full display! So I got two of the eyeshadows and can't wait to try them!
the only place I have seen these around here is at Winn Dixie, so southern girls, check there!
ReplyDeletethe bottles are smaller- I picked up bora bora from this collection and it is .22 fl oz/6.5 mL compared to the normal craze collection that are .32 fl oz/ 10mL
amanda: Thanks for all the info on the shades you purchased! (I love Morbid too--I think it's my fave from that collection). :)
ReplyDeleteStephanie: I am keeping my fingers crossed for both of us now! :)
ammwiich: Wow, it's great that you guys got this earlier than us for a change! :) But I am very sorry that neither of the shades you purchased seem to be working well for you. That is a total bummer. :( Have you tried using a creme shade underneath (like a white or black)? And what base coat are you using?
Jenny: Well I guess it actually ended up working to your advantage that you didn't find any shades that jumped out at you, right? :) And you are SO lucky to have found Solar Heat! Please keep me posted on those eyeshadows--I'd LOVE to know what you think of them.
Ashleigh: Thanks for the info on the bottles! And congrats on finding this display. You're so lucky! :)
MUST.
ReplyDeleteHAVE.
If I can find them.
I managed to buy pretty much the entire Craze line last year and some Wild Shines when Wags had a BOGO on Wet n Wild nail polishes, so I'm hoping maybe there'll be another BOGO as these and the other LE items are distributed more widely. If there is a BOGO and I can find the LE Crazes and Wild Shines, I may just bankrupt my spare change drawer :) But it helps the economy, right? And people tend to hoard pennies
(I remember the Treasury Dept sometime in the past few years asking people to cash in pennies at their local banks because of a penny shortage... maybe I just dreamed it?) and it gets more pennies into circulation? *goes on a spree of self-justification*
