I found the new L'Oreal La Palette Nude 1 and La Palette Nude 2 and I am working on a swatch/comparison post now (I'll be comparing to UD Naked 1 and 3--sorry I can't do any UD Naked 2 comparisons but I don't own Naked 2).
Thanks so much to reader Jen, who kindly let me know that these have arrived in Walmart stores in the San Diego area. Thanks again for that tip, Jen. I really appreciate it!
can't wait for the swatches
ReplyDeleteFrom all the pics I've seen these L'Oreal nude palettes look more promising than the Maybelline ones. Can't wait for your review and swatches!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see how these are.
ReplyDeleteWhy Urban Decay has never gifted you their 2 palette is beyond me! Your site does wonders for company sales, as I am often persuaded to take advantage of deals and try products from your reviews!
ReplyDeleteYay!
ReplyDeleteThese are definitely miles ahead of the Maybelline ones...the packaging is more high-end, the pans inside are larger, and the formula is amazingly pigmented! They remind me of the Tarte shadows in the Tartelette palette in terms of their feel. I've been swatching them next to my Naked 2 and 3 getting ready to do a post and I'm not sure these are meant to be dupes. There are some close ones but I think L'oreal wanted to do their own thing...which is great if you own the Naked Palettes because it's something different, but not if you're looking for exact dupes.
ReplyDeleteJust saw these at Target for $20 each, can't wait for a sale and hope to combine coupons before leaping for a try :-)
ReplyDeleteActually L'Oreal La Palette Nude 1 is dupe a for the ysl palette
ReplyDeleteWas waiting for your post.. but found them yesterday and was not about to let them slip by.
