UPDATE: Click here for my full review, with swatches, of all six palettes!
Last week I posted the press info about the newest Limited Edition collection from Wet n Wild called Pop Art Craze:
Wet n Wild Summer 2013 Limited Edition
Pop Art Craze Collection
(retail: $2.99 each)
To refresh your memory, these palettes will be hitting drugstores in July. They contain a variety of textures (shimmers, mattes, etc.) and the colors are bold (just like the colors of the Andy Warhol Factory era, of course!).
I just received all six of the palettes today, and since I know that we were all in suspense about these, I wanted to at least give you some photos of the actual palettes now (with swatches/review to come shortly).
Keep reading for pics of the actual palettes...

So...what do you think of the colors in these palettes so far? I'd love to hear your thoughts!

I can't wait for the swatches!
ReplyDeleteMan there better be a good sale when I find these I'm a sucker for color. BTW I put your link up for the CVS clearance master list on a video I'm currently uploading.
ReplyDeleteAnd the hunt soon begins...Wet N Wild is one of those lines that I have to own everything from...I still have yet to find the baked palettes and the limited edition palettes with the glitter top coat in them...I finally found the 8 pan spring palettes but that was only because I got them on ebay...the stores in my area are boycotting new Wet N Wild displays I think.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see these! I want 3 of them! I want to muse and carouse, Hard being the it girl and A regular at the factory! ❤
ReplyDeleteYour 15 Minutes Aren't Up! and I'm Seeing Triples, you will be MINE! We didn't get the last limited Edition Palettes at all, here's hoping we actually get these locally.
ReplyDeleteOhhh I cannot wait. Hopefully I'll have more luck with these than the spring palettes.
ReplyDeleteI want To Muse and Carouse! Unfortunately, the LE WnW palettes never come my way.
ReplyDeleteI was never able to find the spring palettes, so I do want to get my hopes up that I'll find these. Lol.
ReplyDeleteWnw needs to makes the LE palettes available in more stores! I live in NYC and can never find anything here! What gives?
ReplyDeleteAs far as these go- they are super gorgeous- I'm excited about that red! I. Wonder how pigmented it is??
these arent for me but i think the color lovers will lovee these
ReplyDeleteAm I the only one who can see a seventh palette hiding in the display picture? Towards the top left? How strange.
ReplyDeleteI answered this n my original post but if you mused it, the one you're referring to is just part of the display design. The dimensions are different (it's bigger) and it's also printed on the lower left side of the display. Hope that helps!
DeleteThe one on the lower left looks like it has brushes.
DeleteIt's really weird because that one that isn't even a pallette is prettier than the actual pallettes
DeleteOh wow! Even though I haven't a chance in he-- of finding these locally I would like to have several and I am not even an "eyeshadow girl"! Good luck to everyone who hunts these! I have never ever found a WNW LE in my area of Central NY!
ReplyDeleteThree's a Party and I'm Seeing Triples both look interesting. What I'm dying to see is the finish on each shade!
ReplyDeleteAnd another hunt to find more wet n wild palettes
ReplyDeleteYour 15 Minutes Aren't Up is probably my fave! I also love To Muse and Carouse. I really love them all. The great thing about Wet 'n Wild is they are so affordable I don't have to choose...I can purchase them all! I definitely will if they show up around me.
ReplyDeleteThey are sooooo pretty. In each palette, I see a couple of colors I can probably pull off pretty easily, and one that might be iffy. I am learning that I can use one or two of the colors at a time, rather than use all three. If I use only one bright at a time, I can definitely pull it off. I think the three on top, and the one on the bottom left look the most interesting to me. Bottom right would be my next choice. I hardly ever use the reds that I have, and I'm all full up with black shadows, so three's a party will be last on the list. Still, the shade of red and the finish looks subtly different from what I already have, so....
ReplyDeleteG - I know this isn't the best place to post it, but I know you will see it here. The search field in the top right corner doesn't seem to be working for me. I always end up back on the main page when I do a search.
ReplyDeleteSame for me. Ever since the updates, I can't get the search function to work correctly.
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited for these but all the drugstores around me suck so I have little hope that ill find these. I still can't fine the milani naturally chic collection and never saw the textured polishes.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see swatches, the colors all look so beautiful in the palette!!
ReplyDeleteI want muse and carouse!
ReplyDeleteOh no. I used to look down my noses at the Mac girls, thinking Mac is Crack. They always have to get the newest collection. Now, I am becoming like them, but for Wet 'n Wild. :( I don't need any more eyeshadow palettes from Wet 'n Wild. ARGH!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThese are gore-geous!! I must have them in my life! Unfortunately, the LE palettes never make it to my area :(.
ReplyDeleteI CANNOT wait to find these!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy to see the colors look a bit more wearable than the original images. Looking forward to actual swatches so we can see finish. Still would like to have the "mystery" palette in the display, lol... that dark teal on top is lovely.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you'll be doing these swatches/reviews! Thanks for your hard work!
ReplyDeleteOther than Three's A Party - I want them all! Oh goodness, hopefully they live up to the fantastic color icon formula.
I don't like how the new WNW products are distributed in stores. There are several Walgreens, CVS, & Walmarts in my area. I've even been an hour away from home (for a different reason; not just solely to pick up new WNW products) and stopped by a few of the above listed stores. Those locations didn't even have new WNW products. I had to buy the most recent LE Spring palettes online because of this.
ReplyDeleteAnyways, I need these in my life and I'll probably have to figure a way to order them online *sigh*
I hipe one kg the cobalt blues is matte. I really want the I'm Seeing Triples! and if the Three's a Party has a matte black I'll be getting that too! I can't believe these are $3!!!!
ReplyDeleteThese colors are a 80's flashback in a good way!
ReplyDeleteI won't worry about these as bad as I want them because anything WnW limited is so damned hard to get these days. Annoying.
ReplyDeleteI know these come out in July, but what is the exact date? I want to know when to start stalking (I mean, visiting) the local drug stores lol
ReplyDeleteI am so excited about these and will definitely have my friends on the mainland be on the lookout for these palettes for me. The downside to living in Hawaii is that we do not always get LE or cosmetics products that the mainland gets or we get it months later? These colors are so perfect for the summertime. Love your blog.
ReplyDeletedrooling...
ReplyDeleteYES! Waiting and hunting for these will help me resist buying a much more expensive, high-end palette to get some more pigmented colored eyeshadows into my collection. Oh wnw, have I mentioned how much I love you lately?
I definitely want to get my hands on I'm Seeing Triples and A Regular at the Factory...but who knows, at only 3 bucks, I might end up snapping up more than just those 2!
Eagerly awaiting your review, G! (:
