  1. The copper glitter and bizarre blurple really look like fun. I just came home with this set! It was cheaper than buying the two colors alone!

6.99 ea or 10.99 for the 4pc set at Sally's.

  2. Hm, flaky glitter instead of flaky shards- wondering if "Make A Spectacle" will look like Kleancolor's Chunky Holos.

    2. Ah, the CG has tiny shimmer as well... but the chunkier shimmers look p much like kleancolor's, in a different base (k's looks tinted, though in practice it's all but clear.) also the kleancolor looks denser.

  3. I saw them in person today and they looked flat, nothing as interesting and must-have as prior years. Zombie Zest and Fortune Teller are going to be really tough to beat.

  4. These colors are blah. Why can't they release limited ones like the one they released at Sallys a few years back still have it can't remmeber the name thiugh...

  5. I think I need to grab a couple of these. I'm staring at Cast a Spell, Make a Spectacle and Glitter Goblin. Hopefully, they will look unique enough and aren't close dupes to stuff I already have.

  8. I feel like these colors have been released by CG before. None of them do anything for me/

  9. Bizarre Blurple looks a lot like their nail polish in Tempest. Other than that one, I am really excited about the rest!

  10. Immortal is a lot prettier in person....kind of has a pink and blue flash going on. Not sure how well you can see it on the nail, I haven't worn it yet!

  11. I picked up Immortal and Make a Spectacle. MaS is an amazing chameleon -- it looks totally different depending on your base color. I swatched it on my blog but know I can't link to that here. Anyway, it's really cool!

  12. Cast a spell looks like maybellines 240 twilight rays!

  13. Cast a Spell is such a gorgeous polish. The glass fleck or whatever type of glitter it is really stands out and is super shiny. And it's a one-coater! Right now I have it on under a coat of Sephora by OPI 212 and it's amaaaazing. I also got Immortal and Make A Spectacle, and I have to say, all three look a lot nicer on the nail than in the bottle. Especially Immortal, which I only really got because all the blogs were going on about how pretty it was, but it looked kind of boring in the bottle.

  14. I have Immortal, love it so much! I definitely reccomend it.

  15. The Rougish Red color looks nothing like it does in these photos, it's almost completely orange in person. Bizarre Blurple is gorgeous on, Glitter Goblin really isn't all that great, and the glow in the dark one actually works, so that's impressive. For 2 out of 4 polishes, you're still better off buying the 4 polish set because it's cheaper than buying the two colors alone.

  16. I just got Immortal and I'm wearing it right now it's amazing! I also got the 4 pack as well! Definitely cheaper then buying each polish alone!

  17. Pumpkin Spice by Sinful Colors is a great dupe for Glitter Goblin.

  18. The only polish I got from this collection is Make a Spectacle, which is definitely a really cool glitter. I've actually just done a post about it if you are interested in seeing how it looks over different colors. I think it looks best over dark colors like green, red, blue and purple.

  19. Uh-Oh. Check out this link, guys. Seems China Glaze stole some artwork for the packaging of this collection: http://abigaillarson.tumblr.com/post/33294685968

    1. Thanks Nicole--I heard about this this morning. I guess CG addressed it and reached out to the artist, saying it was a third party (not in-house) or something?

  20. I wish they would bring zombie zest back. I love that polish more than anything in my collection, China Glaze hasn't impressed me in a while unfortunately :/
