A closer look at the new Revlon Brilliant Strength Nail Enamel Collection

NOTE: this collection has not yet been spotted in the US (to my knowledge).

Back in the middle of August, I showed you some bottle shots of four of the new Revlon Brilliant Strength Nail Enamels. That pic was from reader Joanne in Canada, and today I've got pics of the display and all of the shades that are now available in Canada, thanks to reader LMC1971.

LMC1971 spotted these at Shoppers Drug Mart in Toronto:

Based on other drugstore collections that have debuted in Canada before the US, I expect we'll see these in US drugstores soon (maybe in the next month or two?). If you're in the US and you spot this collection, please let us know!

As you can see in the image below, this formula claims to have a "built in base and top coat", which is similar to the Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure polishes.

Pics of the full display, after the jump...

Revlon Brilliant Strength Nail Enamel Collection

The bottles look very similar to the Revlon ColorStay Nail Enamels (which also landed in Canada before the US), but of course these caps are white instead of black.

Looking closely at these colors, it looks like there is a nice variety of cremes, as well as some shimmers, metallics and what appears to be a glass-fleck (the lime green on the far left).

I'm exciting to see these in person and find out what the staying power is like. Thoughts?

Thanks so much, LMC1971, for the great photos!

  7. I've seen these in the UK in our fancy new Revlon stands that also hold the double ended French Mix. Here they retail at £8 or $13, so I don't think I will be getting any unless the reviews are mindblowing.

  11. These polishes are beautiful. I painted my nails 8 days ago and I got a compliment on day 6. There is some cracking and a few small chips, but the polidh held up extremely well overall. I did use the colorstay base and topcoat though. I have washed my hair and the dishes with this polish on.
