During my journey to various CVS locations this week, I spotted some Wet n Wild displays (one new, one not so new) that I thought I'd share:
First, I wanted to let those of you who've been looking for the Wet n Wild Limited Edition Sparks & Stripes collection know that it has landed at CVS (click here for bottles shots of the two new shades in this collection) :
Wet n Wild Limited Edition Fast Dry Sparks & Stripes Collection
Again, for a closer look at the two new shades in this collection (the rest are repromotes of existing Spoiled by Wet n Wild polishes), click here.
Next, I spotted a (new to me) promotion for the Megashields:
Wet n Wild Lip Locked display
(retail: $2.99 each)
For $2.99, you get a Megashield lip color and a Megaslicks gloss in Crystal Clear (for those who don't know, Megashields retail for $2.99 individually):
To see swatches and my review of all 14 shades in the Megashield range, please click here.
Have you spotted these displays in your area yet?
I once bought a Wet N' Wild Megaslicks gloss, but it was kind of horrible :/ Is Wet N' Wild nail polish good? I never tried it but if it's good I might buy it!
ReplyDeleteI think I've probably done over 100 wet n wild nail swatches and reviews on this blog to date, so you can use the search bar if you'd like to see some. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm a big fan of all of their polish formulas. For under $3, they offer some fantastic shades in a variety of finishes, with very good staying power on my nails. Hope that helps!
I saw the new limited Chromes today at Walgreens.
ReplyDeleteEvery time I see your posts about new wet n wild I get super excited. But every time I go to the store I can never find them! :(
ReplyDeleteI have been thinking about Stars & Stripes since the initial post and was kinda bummed since I don't have any Meijers here, but now my hope up & I'm heading to CVS right after work!
ReplyDeletei haven't seen these displays yet they look pretty good...i recently tried the spoiled nail polishes by wet n wild and i absolutely love them.
ReplyDeleteHey CD! Long time no see around here! How have you been? :)
DeleteAnd glad you like the Spoiled polishes!
I also spotted at my Walgreen, that there is a trio set comes with mascara. I believe it was also $2.99. I was in a hurry so I just glance really quick at the end display. I will tried to go back soon to check it out
ReplyDeleteSo nice to see you again, sweetie! Have you been? :)
DeleteI've seen a few new sets in my CVS including the LipLocked display. I actually just posted about the Bomb Shell Bronzers on my blog today. At the bottom of the post you will see the pic of the display :)
ReplyDeleteCool! In May, I actually did a post here about the LE bronzers, with reader-submitted pics of the display, close-ups of each shade and swatches! Did you get any of them?
DeleteJust saw the sparks and stripes display at CVS in Costa Mesa, CA today! I also saw the new bronzer display by Wet N Wild. Bought both!
ReplyDeleteCool! Do you mean the Beach Bomb Shell bronzers? Thanks!
DeleteI've seen the polish displays at 3 different Meijer's in the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek/Lansing Michigan area.
ReplyDeleteThanks! And yep, for several weeks now it's ONLY been at Meijers, but since Meijers is only in the midwest, I freaked out when I saw it at my CVS. Now the rest of us can have it too! lol! :)
DeleteI managed to swipe up Stars & Stripes at my local Pathmark (chain of grocery stores in NY/NJ). It was the last bottle there - very exciting haha.
ReplyDeleteI wish we got these nifty displays in Canada. I can find some WnW stuff at WalMart and Loblaws (grocery store with extended departments like clothing and cosmetics), but never the limited edition stuff. Ah well, I can still look. :)
ReplyDeleteI found the star polish at HEB.. so hard to get the stars on the nails with out all the excess polish. used my $1 coupon and paid 0.99 for it
ReplyDeletefound the star polish at HEB. so hard to get the stars on the nail though without getting lots of clear polish globbed on.
ReplyDeleteAggh! That nail polish display is terrifying. What is up with that hand?!?
