The Weekly Drugstore Makeup Sales (2/12 - 2/18)

This is one of those weeks where there are some FANTASTIC deals at all three drugstores so let's get started!

CVS shoppers: ALL Revlon cosmetics are BOGO1/2OFF this week! For anyone who's been wanting to try the got2b Fat-tastic dry shampoo that I reviewed a while back (it's a fave of mine), you can get it at CVS this week for just $0.99 IF you have the $3 off got2b coupon that should be in most Red Plum inserts this week (available in the 2/12 Sunday newspaper). All got2b products will be on sale for $3.99 so grab that coupon and you're down to $0.99 for a new dry shampoo (or any other got2b product). Don't forget to check and see if the Milani clearance is still going on in your area. If you haven't picked up anything yet, be sure to check my list and scan your products before you buy them (hopefully they'll come up 75% off).  The CVS Cash Card promotion is still going on (spend $30 on participating items and you'll receive a Cash Card worth $10 to spend as you like at CVS). Participating beauty-related items are marked below. And remember that you do NOT have to purchase $30 worth of products all at once--they will accrue on your receipt

Rite Aid shoppers: Not one, not two, but THREE 40% off sales this week at Rite Aid! They are: Revlon face & eye cosmetics, all Wet n Wild cosmetics and all Almay eye cosmetics and removers. If you printed those Maybelline coupons I mentioned last week (they're no longer available), a lot of the new Maybelline products are $5.99 this week (details below) so it's a good time to use 'em! Also, the same got2b sale I mentioned above is also going on at Rite Aid ($3.99 down to $0.99 if you have the coupon). Also, the new I Love..Cosmetics Lots of Bubbles set I previewed in this post has landed at Rite Aid and it's BOGO1/2OFF this week. And remember that, through March 17th, whenever you make a qualifying purchase (which I will clearly mark below), these purchases will add up on your receipts and when you hit $100, you'll get $20 back in +UP Rewards (they'll automatically print out on your receipt).

Walgreens shoppers: I think we've all been waiting for a good beauty sale at Wags and this week we've got one! Once again, ALL SINFUL COLORS POLISHES ARE $0.99 this week. Whoo hoo! And thanks to a few very kind readers, I'll be posting about some NEW Sinful Colors shades soon, which you should keep an eye out for this week! And to make things even "sweeter" there's an in-ad coupon for those yummy Russell Stover chocolate hearts ($0.39 each with coupon). I also just have to note that Walgreens changed the look of their weekly circular and, as someone who reads drugstore circulars multiple times a week, I am LOVING the new look! It's so easy to read, with lots of white space and clean lines. You can check it out for yourself here.

SALES FOR WEEK OF 2/12 - 2/18

  1. Hey G
Does the rite aid sales include riteaid.com?

    1. I agree with Unknown below--the online sales at Rite Aid and CVS tend to differ from the in-store sales, although the in-store sales at Walgreens are often identical to the online sales on the Walgreens site.

  2. I'm assuming the $21 up reward on Tresemme at Rite Aid is actually $2? ;) That would be an awesome deal!

  3. I don't believe they do. I was just there (riteaid.com) because I am seriously going to stock up on some WnW... and the prices were not discounted. I know CVS doesn't honor the sale prices online, I actually called them last week to find out for sure. Looks like I'm going to have to go to the stores and hope for the best.

    1. I agree! The only drugstore that seems to offer the same sales in-store as online is Walgreens.

  6. Oh, I wanted to clarify.... while those two stores do not honor their ad prices online... they DO have sales online that are not offered in the stores. For some reason they basically run two different ad campaigns.

  7. Oh, for those who are a member of the Rite Aid rewards card program thing, I just got an e-mail with a $2 off Essie nail polish coupon! Seems to be a unique code, though, and good through 2/18 :)

    2. G. I have a question. I live in the boonies, and I don't get to go to alot of the places you do the weekly sale posts for often, but i'm going on a shopping trip this weekend, leaving saturday and spending the night, so my question is do you post the next weeks sale info early enough on Saturdays to still be able to get the current weeks deals if the ones starting Sunday aren't apealing? I'm trying to decide if I should shop for makeup on Saturday or Sunday, or both. Or if somethings need to be picked up Saturday and wait on other things for Sunday...ehhh sorry for the long, and possibly confusing comment. I lost myself there at the end lol thanks for all that you do!! Especially for people like me, when being well informed makes a world of difference.

    3. Michelle: I wish I had an easy answer for you. I usually post the weekly sales for the drugstores each Sat afternoon, so that people have time to plan for the new sales that start every Sun. Most drugstores start preparing for the new sales on Saturday afternoon/early evening, so there's a ”magic” time on Saturdays when they will honor both the current AND upcoming sales. However, it's impossible to be able to tell you when this window will occur because each store is different. My best advice would be to visit the stores on both sat and sun so you for sure have access to both sales.

  8. I scored big at the Rite Aid WnW sale. Not only did they have everything 40% off, they had TONS of items 75% off, unfortunately the sales do not stack... but still a great deal. They also had ALL of the special edition single shadows, in packs including eyeliners, and three of the special edition six pans.. which I had not been able to find anywhere else. Happy Dance!!

  9. How do I get Red Plum newspapers? I think I only receive them sometimes and I don't remember seeing coupons for CVS in there..

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Red Plum isn't a newspaper; it's an insert that comes inside the newspaper. You'll have to check with the newspapers in your area to see which ones carry it. Also, i'm not sure what you mean about CVS coupons in the red plum insert?? I never said they had those--I only said that you could use the coupons in the insert at CVs, but you can also use them at other stores. They are NOT cvs exclusive coupons. If you'd like more info about couponing you can click the link at the top of this blog called ”for new readers.”
