What's your current beauty obsession?
Like I said the first time I asked this question, I know I'm not alone when it comes to shifting and evolving beauty obsessions. If you're reading this blog, there's a very good chance that you were once obsessed with lipsticks, and then moved on to eyeshadows, and then perhaps to nail color. That's just the way we beauty addicts are, right? Always changing our minds! So let's hear it. What's your current beauty obsession? Currently, my obsession is eyeshadow and I'm not afraid to admit it!
I'm really into creme finish lipsticks right now, especially in plum/wine/berry shades.

ReplyDeletehaha i remember you asked this a little while ago, and i answered nail polish, which i still love! but as to my current obsession, i'd have to say EYELINER! <3 pencil, powder, cream, gel, liquid, you name it! i find its such a quick fix to tired looking eyes, something totally up my alley now that school has been in session!
ReplyDeleteNail polish :) Even though I'm in my 20s I've really never been into painting my nails...until now! Now I'm obsessed. Plus I LOVE fall colors so I've been buying lots lately.
ReplyDeleteThanks to you, and your review of the Jordana Fabu-Liner - liquid eyeliner! I've been using it every morning for the past 2 or 3 weeks, and it's awesome and so easy! I'm also currently fixated on finding the perfect purple (from plum to lilac, i want them all!) blush for fall.
ReplyDeleteNail polish will always be my number one obsession but lately my obsession has been eyeshadow. In the past 6 months I ventured out of the realm of drugstore makeup and discovered all sorts of fabulous new things. My wallet may be more empty but my eyelids are definitely more colorful!
ReplyDeleteComplexion Perfecting products! I'm all about finding something to make my pores look smaller and something to make my skin glow. I'm looking for a new really good concealer too and I'm trying some pore primers- right now I'm using a sample of Too Faced Primed & Poreless and then I'll try out Benefit's The Porefessional. I tried Urban Decay's Pore targeting primer and it worked ok but felt greasy.
ReplyDeleteMy current obsession right now is: Iced Chai Lattes- but beauty related would be eye liner. I'm still looking out for an affordable, creamy, long lasting eyeliner!

ReplyDeleteI'm still going strong with my obsession with nail polish. What I have recently added is mascaras. I have thrown away all the oldies and have updated with new ones. These newer formulas are so much better than the old ones.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely organic mineral foundations and blush. I haven't purchased any yet but I'm doing a lot of research! I'm lemming over a lot of stuff.

ReplyDeleteI want to add some products. I'm looking for lip color in any form that is moist, long wearing and has a good taste/flavor. Is that asking to much?
Definitely nail polish, hahahaha... The fall collections were all AMAZING this year, and it's such an easy pick-me-up that won't break the bank, even if it isn't on sale.

ReplyDeleteeyeshadow, specifically smokey autumn shadows in taupe, cranberry, plum, and chocolate. i'm really good at the smokey eye, and now i'm trying to do smokey versions of my favourite colours instead of just grey or brown smokes.

Nailpolish and eyeshadow. I ran out of room in my nailpolish holder last week with the Revlon sale at CVS LOL. I'm depotting my eyeshadaows and putting them into a palette to make more room. With all the awesome collections coming out I need all the room I can get!

The only makeup I wear these days is mascara, I love volumnized curly lashes :) it really opens the eyes. Other than that pale pink lips have been an ongoing favorite.
