G, I'm so confused about the Too Faced White Chocolate Chip palette at Sephora. It's currently on the site but out of stock, which is typical in the hours before a new item goes live. But, it also says "Rouge Only." The palette sure wasn't presented that way by Too Faced. Any idea what the story is? I'm kind of obsessing...

Do you know if the items at Sephora (such as the Nars and the Too faced Palette) will be available for VIBs as well at some point? Or is this just letting Rouge get a "jump start" which I understand.. but want to know if we might have a chance at some point too.
