You may recall that last year Bath & Body Works brought back six beloved scents from the 90s: Juniper Berry, Pearberry, Country Apple, Cucumber Melon, Plumeria, and White Tea & Ginger (pictured above). But did you know that they're about to bring back even more scents from the 90s?
Over the past 24 hours, various outlets have posted about this news (Self, Glamour, Mashable, InStyle, etc.) but some of the information is conflicting. What I DO know is that the new re-issued 90s scents will launch on May 27 (the start of the Summer 2016 Semi-Annual Sale) but exactly how many old favorites we're getting is where it becomes a little fuzzy. Some outlets are reporting that there will be eight new scents, while others are reporting that there will be just TWO new scents, for a total of eight (the six they released last year, pictured above, plus two additional scents).
So let's say there are going to be two new re-issues from the 90s. If that's the case, which two do YOU want to see? My picks would be Berries & Cream from the Milk line and Clementine, but man that was tough to narrow down and if you asked me tomorrow I'd probably give you two other choices! Some of my favorites from B&BW are actually from the early 2000s (Grapefruit Jasmine and Rice Flower & Shea) but those don't count since since the scents coming our way are from the 90s.

Sun Ripened Raspberry was my go-to scent for years. I'd love to see it back on the shelves!

According to a screen shot from "Life Inside the Page", the scents that are coming back are Cucumber Melon, Brown Sugar & Fig, Mango Mandarin, Sun-Ripened Raspberry, Peony, Freesia, Country Apple, and Cotton Blossom.
I wasn't even a huge fan of it in the 1990's, but I'm considering buying some Sun-Ripened Raspberry for nostalgia's sake (ahhh, middle school) and perhaps Freesia, which I remember liking. BUT if I could bring back any OG scents it would have to be the original honeysuckle -- not the Wild Honeysuckle fragrance they have out now. Man, I loved that stuff. I still had a crusty pink bottle until a few years ago when I finally got rid of it. I should have sold it on eBay because dang is it in-demand now!
I would buy as much of the original Honeysuckle as well. It is the absolute best!! The body cream was literally incredible!!!
OK that is so weird because Cucumber Melon and Country Apple have been back for quite a while (both are in stock on the B&BW site), and Cotton Blossom just went away in like 2012?? If this is true, then what a disappointment! :(

I say Sun Ripened Raspberry from the 90's. I really like Wild Honeysuckle but I believe it's a more recent scent. Still, love that one!!!
Which coconut was your favorite? They've had quite a few other the years--would love to know which one you loved most (my fave was the Coconut from the Signature Vanilla series). :)
Back in the 90s they had something called Iced Pineapple, I think. I loved that scent! The only other throwback scent I really like is Juniper Breeze, so I should grab some! Personally, Cucumber Melon makes me want to vomit. :) I swear every girl in HS wore it.
Not from the 90's but I would bring back Sweet on Paris it is my very favorite B&BW ever, although I loved Fresh Vanilla as well.
Yeah, I was a little disappointed, too. Ditto to what you said, plus Brown Sugar & Fig only recently went away and I know that you can still get some in the old packaging at outlets (because I live near two outlets). The only real "HOLY 90'S BATMAN!" scent, IMO, is the Sun-Ripened Raspberry.
I LOVE Rice Flower and Shea!! Cotton Blossom too. I wish they would bring those two back.
They are over-hyping the return. Life inside the page always has the inside scoop and most of the older scents stay on the website anyway. I will grab one sun-ripened raspberry but not much else. And YES that OG 1994 time Honeysuckle was the best! I use a body wash by Jason called Chamomile which reminds me a bit of the OG Honeysuckle. That stuff was the best!

What was the scent that you said was like Agree? I remember asking for that but they said it was discontinued awhile ago.
Oh, Country Apple. That, Cucumber Melon (revolutionary!!!), and Sun-Ripened Raspberry were MUST-HAVE items in my high school. If you didn't have one of those body sprays or alternately a Victoria's Secret one, you just didn't have it. I had to mooch off my friends lol.
if they are bringing stuff back, can they also bring back the pure simplicity rosemary lip balm? it was my favorite!
I miss Rice Flower and Shea (just used up my last body splash of that last year) and my absolute favorite ever was Toasted Hazelnut. I still have four-year-old bottles of SR Raspberry and Juniper Breeze from when they were available on the website during sales. Brown Sugar & Fig is a favorite, though; didn't realize it was discontinued!
YES!! That is my all time fav!! I still have half a bottle of the lotion left from when they had it in a semi annual sale a few years back
My day would be made if they would bring back Magnolia Blossom and then the romance line they had that was in magenta packaging.

Last year or the year before when they released Wild Honeysuckle and I stocked up. I brought the shower gel out last week and they smelled like alcohol. I guess it's my fault that they turned. I didn't store them properly. I hope it's brought back this year or the original one!
Iced pineapple was the very first scent I ever got. Someone got me their stuff for a secret santa gift in junior high. I have been hooked on their stuff ever since.

My favorite discontinued scent is Nectarine Mint, but I don't think it's from the 90s. Maybe another 10 years down the line they'll bring that one back!

AAAAAAAAAAA peony! my bottles all had a little silver logo on them that said they were a limited edition, with whatever year it was they came out. far as i know, that was the only year peony was around, and i bought every tube i could find of the body cream when they went in the clearance bin.
There was a special edition Christmas scent that I used to swipe from my Mom around 1996-1997ish that I wish could smell again. It was green and I want to say it was possibly Jingleberry?

Breathe Comfort was my favorite. I still have some but the scent is off because it's old.
ITA!! I bought several bottles of Sweet on Paris lotion on Ebay for a VERY good price last year. I hope they bring it back for SAS someday soon, because I'll be very sad when my bottles run out.
Life Inside the Page almost always has correct information. I'm only looking forward to Sun Ripened Raspberry. That and Country Apple were the first 2 BBW scents I ever tried back in the 90s. I already bought Country Apple last year so I don't need more, plus it's still on the website and in the BBW outlet stores.

Freesia was The Scent my HS senior year, because BBW had JUST come to our mall that summer and was new and exciting. Girls would just slather it on during government class.
There was a scent I adored that was from around 98-00 but I can't remember the exact name. I'm pretty sure it had "love" or "crush" in the name, had a rose & heart shaped locket on the label, and smelled like a mix of rose and jasmine. It was so good!
Not sure it's from that time period but I adored Garden Mint! When I found out it was discontinued I called the company and a guy there consolidated the remaining stock in several warehouses and shipped it to me. Such a lovely scent! Flowery but with a refreshing minty edge.
I was really hoping for Iced Pineapple and Sparkling Pear which I miss like CRAZY. Oh well, Sun-Ripened Raspberry will be nice to smell again.

Absolute all time favorite was in their aromatherapy line in the scent Grapefruit Peppermint! I would be INSANELY happy if that came back!

I LOVE Garden Mint!!! I'm pretty sure that was from the 2000s. I was hanging on to an old bottle of body spray but it was so old it just didn't smell the same anymore, I finally had to toss it out.
YES Iced Pineapple was my absolutely favorite. They had a shampoo and conditioner and once it was discontinued I bought it on ebay until it was 100% gone.

I loved Daffodil Fields! I had a tiny tube of the creamy body wash. I haven't encountered any other scent like that at Bath & Body Works afterward.
