(retail: $11.95 - $14.95)
Keep reading for more pics and product details...
Last week I showed you the new Organic Wear products that have been spotted at Bed Bath & Beyond but I didn't know, until yesterday, that there was a new Shimmer Strips collection too!
Thanks so much to longtime reader @cookiedulce5 on Twitter for alerting me to this one. @cookiedulce5 spotted the Shimmer Strips Extreme Shimmer display at her local HEB and she was nice enough to share a pic of the display with us. After she alerted me to this collection, I checked the PF site and sure enough, all of these products are now on the PF site, so I have product details to share with you as well (HUGE shout-out to Physicians Formula for getting new products up on their site so quickly--I wish all drugstore brands did this!).
First up, the dipslay that @cookiedulce5 spotted at her local HEB this week:

NEW Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Extreme Shimmer Collection
I believe that everything here is permanent (not limited edition). This collection is broken up into two shade ranges: Nude and Smoky. I enlarged @cookiedulce5's photo above for a closer look:

A few things are really grabbing my attention here. First, the way that the shadow palettes are described: "Highly-pigmented liquid powder eye shadow." I'm very curious how the texture of these shadows will compare to the original Shimmer Strips eyeshadow palettes. Also, I'm curious about the "hybrid formula" of the Gel Cream Shadow & Liners. How about you? Anything catching your eye? Have you already spotted this display in your area? I'd love to hear from you!
Thanks again, @cookiedulce5, for bringing this collection to my attention and for sharing a pic of the display!
I absolutely love Physicians Formula products. They're great for all skin types and look wonderful :)
ReplyDeleteOoh I'm intrigued!! I'm particularly giddy about the eyeliners and gel liners! I have never been a fan of their liners as they don't last on me. But these could be promising!
DeleteNext time PF is on 40% off I am going to try the eyeliners, they look interesting.
ReplyDeleteTheir shimmer eyeliners are terrible! At least the ones I tried a year or two ago were. I don't know if they're still currently on stands, but they were hard and barely pigmented! Hopefully they've upgraded the formula on these...
ReplyDeleteI tried the gel creams and on my hand it had staying power. I was impressed because most gel shadows dont work well. I hope its like that on the eyes
ReplyDeleteI got the Smokey ones.
I need those shadows in my life ASAP! I may have to order them on their site.
ReplyDeleteExtreme shimmer? Sign me up! Definitely looking for these...
ReplyDeleteThe nude shadows look amazing! Can't wait to find these. Hopefully since PF seems to go on sale fairly regularly at Rite Aid I can swatch them up!
ReplyDeleteI would love them all but unfortunately I think I am a little too old for extremely glittery foil-ish eye shadow. It highlights the fact that I have some crepey eyelids. The eyeliner I am dying to try!!! This is good news since I love PF!
ReplyDeleteI'm interested in all of these, but I'm going to wait for swatches/reviews before spending money on them because I have a fear that it's just going to be glitter and no pigmentation. The liquid powder eye palettes' consistency does sound interesting.
ReplyDeleteCANT find them anywhere
ReplyDeleteGayathri go to Rite Aid asap!! I have spotted them in multiple ones and they are bogo FREE! Hope it helps
ReplyDeleteI am in Central NY state and if they have finally shown up here they must be getting around!
