There's not much on the internet about any of these shades. Pure Ice's PR tweeted this pic of Pot of Gold nine days ago, and said it was from the Luck of the Stylish collection. Pure Ice also posted this photo on their Facebook on March 4th promoting the Luck of the Stylish Collection. and you can see that one of the shades is Be My Clover. Also, there are two other shades in that photo, which might be new as well?
More about these colors:
- I managed to find a swatch of Lucky Charming here (scroll to the bottom of the post) and it looks lighter and less blue than Zoya Ivanka but maybe not as light as Zoya Apple. Maybe closer to China Glaze Running in Circles but with more gold?
- Pot of Gold reminds me of Pure Ice Risk Taker but cooler-toned (and without the sparkle). I couldn't find any swatches of it as of the time of this post.
- I also couldn't find any swatches of Be My Clover (although it's used in this gradient mani), but it definitely reminds me of Zoya Charla/OPI Catch Me In Your Net and all of these drugstore shades.
Have you spotted the Pure Ice Luck of the Stylish display at your local Walmart this month? Did you notice these three new shades (or any other new shades)?
Thanks again, Cyndiinphilly, for the great sighting and pics!
I have seen a couple of these displays up. And surprisingly, BEFORE St. Patrick's Day!! I didn't think I saw anything new. At least nothing that screamed out.
ReplyDeleteBe My Clover is the same as Champagne or Twisted.
ReplyDeleteLucky Charming is the same as Vegas Strip or Saddle Me Up.
As far as I can tell, Pot of Gold is the only truly new shade (but I might just not have a previous incarnation of it).
Exactly! That's what I hate about Pure Ice
