NEW Nivea A Kiss of Care & Color Collection

I was poking around the Drugstore.com website the other day and stumbled across a new line of tinted lip balms from Nivea. Check it out:

I obviously don't know when these will be available for purchase (they're still in "out of stock" status on the Drugstore.com website) but I would guess they'll be available soon, and I'm sure you'll start to see them at the usual retailers soon as well (if you haven't seen them already).

Have you spotted the new Nivea A Kiss of Care & Color line in your area yet? Thoughts?

  1. Aaarrggh...menthol! An irritant (for me, anyway). Why do cosmetic companies do this to us?

  2. I was excited to try these, and ordered Sheer Berry bc it was the only shade in stock. It's beautiful, and quite pigmented, but the menthol does irritate me, even though it's not the predominant scent. According to Nivea's Facebook shade, there's a nude caramel shade too.

  7. Hi G,

I found this collection at one CVS in Santa Monica, CA. I bought Sheer Coral. It is one of the best drugstore lip balms I have ever used. When you look inside it has the "care" stick in the middle and the color part on the outside of the stick. It provides very little color payoff but I don't fault it for that since it does say "sheer". The coral actually comes off a little bit more pink than coral. It has average lasting power. But it feels incredibly smooth and silky, and the cooling sensation is barely there. I highly recommend it.

Anyone who is interested can read my full review on my blog.

    Thank you.

  8. I like the way this product feels when I apply it, but after a while and after repeated use, it does tend to irritate and chap my lips. Maybe it's the menthol, I don't know, but it's going in the trash.
