This is a primer that can be worn under your regular mascara for added thickness and length. Avon also states that you can wear this product alone, for definition and separation, which leads me to believe that this product does not dry white, like other lash primers.

The Glow 2-in-1 Pencils are not new, but these 3-packs are! When sold separately, these double-ended pencils (which can be used as shadow or liner) retail for $8 each. So three for $10 is a nice deal.
Avon also has some other new value sets (polishes and other eye cosmetics) newly listed on their site here.

I need the creme eyeshadows. Wish they had more colors, but can't beat that price tag!
ReplyDeleteI go through the Avon site and work up an order about every other month. But, I never press the go button. Don't know why because I really do love Avon products!!!

Geesh wishing I had seen this before it expired. At least I can still check out the eye pencil products.
