Thanks so much for the great tip, Malee!
Great thank you. Just ordered one :D
ReplyDeleteThe last of the free ones I got had all but one thing that ingredients I was allergic to.
ReplyDeleteAwesome! Just got one. Thanks for letting us know!
ReplyDeleteHmm, I really wanted to order this, but when I got to the checkout page, I noticed that it's not a secure website (https). I'm sure everything would be ok if I did order, but I'm really security conscious these days and don't want to risk it. I'd definitely order in the future if they secured the checkout page!
ReplyDeleteHum... I'm with Jackie (below). It was https for me too.
DeleteVery strange. I clicked on your very first "Click here" link, but it didn't take me directly to facebook. It took me to another page, I had a facebook box pop up, I clicked okay on that, and then it took me to an order form that wasn't https.
DeleteI tried it again just now and it took me directly to facebook. Seems all is fine now! :-)
Ordered! I would much rather pay $5 for deluxe samples than get a free pack of foil samples. Thanks for the link, G!
ReplyDeleteThere's a survey link in the confirmation email and it lists the items that are in the box!
ReplyDeleteLa Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo
Fekkai Glossing Cream
Gilette Venus and Olay Razor Pack
L'Oreal Magic Skin Beautifier B.B. Cream
Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips
There you go!
Thank you so much for sharing! I was gonna buy one, but I'm not really interested in those products.
DeleteOooh, thank you!!!
DeleteThank you!
DeleteI would probably only use the La Roche-Posay Effaclar product, so prob not worth it for me.
The rest sounds great, just nothing I'd use.
The glossing cream and razors are tempting... it's not stuff I need but I can't resit a bargain.
DeleteThanks for the info! I wasn't so sure if I wanted to order this box for $5 w/o having an idea of the type of samples. But I just ordered it now. ^^
DeleteI'm glad there are not any shampoo/conditioner samples. I still have a ton of those left to use.
I got one! Same items that Jenfen listed were listed in my survey link.
ReplyDeleteThe razor pack alone will be a great deal! They cost so darn much even with coupons.
@whateveramber - the facebook order page was https for me.
Thanks, Jackie! It was https for me too.
Deletei thought the same thing! i ordered it mainly for the razors, lol! i also love the sh strips.
DeleteJust bought mine : ) Thanks for the heads up
ReplyDeletegot one! thanks for posting on instagram! I check that all day at work but not my blogs. :)
ReplyDeleteI wasn't even interested originally since I had no idea what the samples are gonna be, but after seeing that it includes a Venus razor and Sally Hansen nail strips I couldn't pass it up! Thanks G. and everyone else who posted about the contents of the box!
ReplyDeleteThanks G for sharing!
ReplyDeleteAnd to the other Nouvettes for posting details of whats included!
(Nouvettes was that the chosen name!? right?! LOL)
Grabbed it :) Not so interested in the nail strips, but I might get use out of everything else.
ReplyDeleteI want to be excited about this but I just can't get myself to be. I won't be buying this. I was getting extremely frustrated with free beauty bags with nothing but cheap shampoo samples. So I refuse to pay and end up with the same thing.
ReplyDeleteNo shampoo samples in this one. ..see Jenfen's comment above, just fyi.
DeleteI got mine!! i cant wait, i am usually too late on stuff like this. lol
ReplyDeleteHow long did it take y'all to get your confirmation e-mails? After I click place order it takes me to a page that says "basket empty".
ReplyDeleteMine was instant and I was directed to a page that gave me a confirmation code after purchasing.
DeleteMe Too. I tried ordering twice - once last night, and once again today. No confirmation emails - no current charges on my card. I hope I don't get double billed.
DeleteUPDATE: I did manage to grab one last night. I think I may have filled in the info wrong, or left something out. I also switched browsers - from chrome to internet explorer. I've got my settings on fb to be secure, so when I ordered, I had the "https".
DeleteI'm super excited to get this box.
Whoo hoo! Thanks, G! I learned about this from your Instagram. Thanks for keeping us informed. Can't wait to test out the goodies. :)
ReplyDelete4 to 6 weeks?! It only takes two for me to products ordered from the UK (and everywhere else)! Geez that's a while to wait. I'd forget I'd ever ordered the thing. Only thing of interest to me is the razors, since my nails are too short to bother with the nail strips. I will pass, Target.
ReplyDeleteThanks for listing the items. I did buy this when I read it on twitter this morning. I was always happy with the free ones in the past. I received my allure beauty box yesterday.
ReplyDeleteJust bumping this for updates. We should be getting our boxes soon!
ReplyDeleteIts taking forever to ship out... i haven't even received an email saying that the box has shipped.... Has anyone else received theirs????
ReplyDeleteI wonder if anyone has received their box yet, have you received any emails or tweets G?
ReplyDeleteI ordered mine April 30 we are now on June 11th and still no box I got a email with a conf code but Dont even know where to go to check the status. Won't be ordering this again.
ReplyDeleteStill haven't gotten mine and I ordered April 30th
ReplyDeleteMine came today! I'm a little dissapointed that the L'oreal BB cream and the Effaclar samples are foil packets. The Venus and the Sally Hansen are full size products exactly like you'd buy in the store, and the glossing cream is pretty large for a sample, so I'm not sure why they couldn't at least do something that gives you more than one application for the other two, it's really hard to know if you like it from just that much!
