NEW Revlon Lash Potion by Grow Luscious Mascara
Keep reading for more pics and info...
I think that the key to this mascara is its unique brush. If you look at this pic below, there's a photo that shows a cross-section of the brush:

But let's also talk a minute about this adorable tube! It's a little hard to see, but if you look closely at this photo, you can see that the tube has a multi-color design that looks kind of holographic:

I was a fan of
the original Grow Luscious Mascara, so I can't wait to try this new one when I spot it in stores!
Thanks so much, Diana, for the great sighting and pics!
Ughhh please tell me WHY I want to try this when I have hated every single Revlon mascara ever?!
ReplyDeleteoooh looks very cute!
ReplyDeleteI've tried a few Revlon mascaras and I've yet to like any of them. That said, I wish I knew what color lipstick Emma Stone is wearing in the promo shot, but they never provide the run-down of the entire makeup look.
ReplyDeleteThat is a pretty color. In the past, I've emailed Revlon & other companies asking about that stuff and they have replied. :)
DeleteThe "grow" mascaras are really hard for me to wash off...... Does anyone else have this problem?
ReplyDeleteYES, and mine also flaked through the day. :( i wanted to love it but i just couldn't handle the lack of performance.
DeleteSounds like something that would come out around Halloween, but seems pretty interesting! I'll have to see reviews for it before even thinking of buying it, I am in love with MUFE Smokey Lash
ReplyDeleteMy favorite mascara used to be the Revlon Lash Fantasy with the white primer base, until they changed the brush from bristle to silicon.
ReplyDeleteI have both Grow luscious formulas and I prefer the brush on the lengthening as well as the formula. The volumizing luscious flaked too much for me.
I also have the PhotoReady 3d Volume which I thought I hated, but after I tried Physicians Formula Organic wear lash boosting mascara (in the black leaf tube) and it's too dry for my tastes. So I liked that the 3d volume is easier to apply, seems more black and makes my lashes look more individual but is not as volumizing as I wanted it to be.
I tried the Revlon mascara in the silver tube, now discontinued and I hated it, the brush and formula. And I tried the Revlon Double Twist in the red tube and hated the brush.
I'm not sold on this new Lash Potion Brush but I will try it, as I try every one Revlon puts out but I think at this point, I'm a sucker for the purple sparkly tube!
I toatally agree on the PF Organic Wear being dry. Yet although it was dry (thought I got a bum batch) it smudged like crazy. I also hated the Revlon silver tube and the red one (those half plastic bristles was scratchy.) I liked the Grow Luscious Length formula, just didn't love the brush, so can't wait to try this, and that tube is cosmic!
Deletewoah revlon is so cheap in the US......a revlon mascara in australia costs $20-25.....
ReplyDeleteHopefully this mascara is more washable than the grow lucious (sic)
ReplyDeleteI am sooo pleased to see a "cross section" picture of the brush. I do the majority of my makeup purchases online and wish more brands would do this to help aide in my purchase knowledge.
ReplyDeleteJust bought this today. They have both waterproof and washable if anyone's wondering.
ReplyDeleteI have a review/first impressions video on this mascara on my yt channel in case anyone is interested :) I do like the formula. I just wish the brush was smaller hehe
