HIGHLIGHTS, TIDBITS AND NEWS
CVS shoppers: Spend $10 on any Physicians Formula cosmetics this week and you'll get $7 back in Extra Bucks (love this promotion and happy to see it back again!). And remember: if you want to buy an item that retails for $9.99, you'll still get the $7 in Extra Bucks (CVS allows you to be a few pennies under the threshold!). And don't forget about the awesome deal on Carmex this week (click here for more info).
Rite Aid shoppers: 40% off all Revlon cosmetics and beauty tools this week and 40% off Physicians Formula foundation, powder, concealer, blush and bronzers! And if that's not good enough, all NYC cosmetics are BOGOFREE (I've heard from some of you that the new HD Eyeshadow Trios are now starting to show up at Rite Aid, so be on the lookout for them). You've only got a few more days to print the February Video Values coupons (the March coupons should be up before the end of the week) which can be combined with any manufacturer's coupons you may have. Also, Rite Aid has a new, free Load2Card service where you can select and load coupons right to your Wellness+ Card.
Walgreens shoppers: All Wet n Wild Fergie cosmetics and nail polish are BOGO1/2OFF this week. Also, the new Studio 35 Beauty nail appliques and brushes I showed you here are 25% off this week, plus you'll get an additional $1 off with the coupon in the March Coupon Book. Speaking of the March Coupon Book, it's now available in stores (it's free, of course!). You can click here to see the full list of coupons this month. As always, these coupons can be combined with any manufacturer's coupons you may have, for even more savings.
The following sale info has been obtained from national circulars. I do my best to recap sales that are happening in ALL regions of the United States, but you may live in an area that does not run national sales. If you do not see these sales in your area, check with your local store manager for more details.

There's also an unadvertised deal on Physician's Formula Skincare line at CVS! Buy $20 get back $15ECB, limit 1. It's a monthly deal. Better yet, some CVS's has Buy One Get One Free peelie coupons on the products. People on SD confirmed this!
ReplyDeleteAwesome!! Thanks SO much for sharing!! :)
DeleteMy CVS didn't do the buy $20 get $15ecb, so I only got $7, BUT..2 of the products had $3 peelies on them. I spent more on makeup then I planned (found a new product to try), but I'm still happy with the deal :)
DeleteI checked both Rite Aid's in my town today for the HD shadows but no luck.
ReplyDeleteBummer! :(
DeleteMost CVS shoppers are getting a $4 off $12 gel nail polish purchase coupon from the coupon center inside CVS stores last week and this week. This goes very well with the Sally Hansen deal with week so make sure to scan your card!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately my CVS only carries the SH gel nail strips right now, not the polish. They're $14.99, so it would be $10.99 + tax, plus $5 ECB and credit for Beauty Club. Not bad!
Not bad at all! Thanks so much for the heads-up! :)
DeleteThese posts are so convenient, thank you! Have you considered adding Ulta to these posts? I know its not technically a drugstore, but it is half drugstore :)
ReplyDeleteI actually used to post all the weekly sales at Ulta. I did that every week for a few years (I also listed the sales at target and KMart). But it actually became extremely time-consuming so I asked readers if they'd mind if I stopped, and the overwhelming consensus was that nobody really read my Ulta sale posts. Most people get the Ulta sale info directly on the Ulta website (they post their weekly ad every Sunday) or they get the ad in the mail.
DeleteSo no, I won't be posting the Ulta sales. Sorry!
Do you know if the bogos from Walgreens for example are mix&match like get a covergirl get a loreal 50%?
ReplyDeleteNo. It only works that way if I list all of the brands in one line. For example, in my Walgreens listing above, you'll see the BOGO1/2OFF Coppertone or Bain de Soleil suncare. In that case, you CAN mix and match.
DeleteI went to wags this morning and they had a big new display with the Nivea lip butters and the travel tins of hand creme for bogo 1/2 off.. I picked up one lip butter and one hand creme for some reason I didn't get the discount. And I was so tired this morning I didn't realize it til I got home.. lol
ReplyDeleteDon't know if you know yet, wag is 50% off Kate moss lipsticks both collections. They ring up about $2.89
ReplyDeleteUnder Highlights, Tidbits and News, can you please specify what week those deals are for? Im having a hard time understanding if it's either happening right now, or if these are the deals to come. Thank you :)
ReplyDeleteShe notes that the deals are for "this week" for each of the stores. :)
DeleteAwesome, I went to Rite Aid and picked up a couple Revlon things I'd been wanting (Nearly Naked powder for $6, lipstick in Porcelain Pink for $4.70-ish), found a new WNW megalast longwear lip product (they'd just put out the display, I should have taken a picture of it!), and in the clearance I got a Maybelline gloss stain for like $3. Feeling good about my purchases today :D
ReplyDeleteTwo Targets I've gone to have had certain Pixi items on clearance. Just bought 3 items that total $50 full price and only paid $10 care of the $5.00 coupon.
ReplyDeleteQuick question, for the "BOGOFREE Rite Aid Renewal brand implements and cosmetic applicators" at Rite Aid, do you know if these include the duo fiber brush you reviewed a while back? I was at Rite Aid the other day and none of the brushes seemed to have the BOGOFREE sign on them.
ReplyDeleteAnd also, thank you so much for these posts! I always remember to check here before I go out to the stores and sometimes while I'm at the store too :)
