ReplyDeleteI'm a bit confused. I completed the survey, but at the end it gave me a list of items to buy without mentioning free samples. Is this what it does for everyone before they "contact you within 24 hours"? Or, does this mean I missed the free sample opportunity? Thanks!

DeleteThey offer this all the time on their website. You answer the questionnaire, a consultant reviews your answers and picks the best products for your skin, after that you should get an email telling you what samples (picked by the company from the list that they gave you at the end of the questionnaire) they will be sending you. It can take a few weeks to get your samples and if you don't get an email response back telling you that they are shipping out your samples or if you don't receive your samples you just have to contact their customer service department and they will fix the problem. It takes a while for orders to get filled because they are filled by hand and someone hand writes instructions for how to use each product.
ReplyDeleteYes! I've had this same experience. Like Khiels, MB is famous for their generosity with samples. In large part because the products work - I've been using them for over 20 years. Take their reccomend actions with a grain of salt, but don't be afraid to try things. Their drying lotion is an old standby, and their cleansing lotion C and O are summer staples. I also really like their healing powder for cheek redness and their drying cream under foundation.
DeleteI checked my email but still haven't received a confirmation. How long did it take before you received a communication from them? Just curious if I should continue checking or just not worry about it. Hoping I will get them, but I won't be devastated if I don't. :)
DeleteI never recieved my samples I even emailed them and everything. this was liek a year ago. I did it again and it said I already picked them. Don't know about thier customer service. I was sad. :(
