On an average weekday, how many minutes does it take you to do your makeup?
Let me clarify--the clock starts AFTER your skincare routine. For me, it's 15-20 minutes if I'm going all out and doing eyeshadow and eyeliner. On days when I just want the bare minimum (concealer, foundation, brows, mascara, blush and lip color) it takes about 5-10 minutes tops.
I dont wear full on makeup everyday so I would say about 5-10 minutes. On the days when I am getting a little more "glammed" up, Id say 20
ReplyDeleteNo matter how much I rush, it always takes me 40 mins to an hour to do my make up. I do however put on a full face (color correctors, full foundation, powders, blush, eyeshadow *multi shades*, gel liner *Top and bottom lashline*, and mascara. Even my mom remarked at how long I take just to do my face make up (foundation, blush, etc).
ReplyDeleteI think it is 10-15 or 15-20. Today I did full face with eyeshadow, highlight and it only took 16 minutes!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a morning person and I have to be at work at 7am every day...I'm in a rush every morning LOL and usually give myself 15 minutes to do my makeup, so nothing fancy ever gets done during the week!
ReplyDeleteI usually wear eyeshadow and mascara day to day...sooooo 3 minutes. Haha!
ReplyDeleteIf I do my makeup, about 15 minutes. But all I do is fill in my brows, eyeliner, lipbalm, and mascara. Sometimes I'll do eyeshadow if I'm in a certain mood, so then about 20 minutes.
ReplyDeleteUsually takes me about the same 15-20 minutes when I am rushing for work; usually take longer on the weekends or when I am going out...at times an hour just to get everything perfect...as silly as that sounds!
ReplyDeleteSadly I have yet to master the 15-20 routine. It takes me on average 30-45 min and I'm not doing anything over the top special. I'm just slow I guess.
ReplyDeleteI take probably 20 - 30 mintues. I wear face and eyelid primer, mineral foundation, concealer, at least 2 shades of shadow, liner, mascara, brow filler (usually powder), blush, lipstick or liner and gloss. Sometimes bronzer and even more rarely HD powder. Whew. I love the effect though. And luckily my boss is usually a little late for work so there's not biggie if I am too! :D
ReplyDeleteAbout 10-15 minutes. I usually start my makeup around 7:45 and I have to be walking out the door at 8:00 so I'm very limited.
ReplyDeleteI usually do my make up at the gym so 10 minutes tops. At home it's more like 15-20 minutes.
ReplyDeleteon an average weekday, ZERO!
ReplyDeletei get up too early and cant be bothered on a normal day.
(thought oddly, i DID put on a little today -- that took 5 minutes or less.)
when i DO go for some makeup (which i will be doing tonight, since we are going OUT) it probably takes 10-15 minutes.
even my wedding makeup only took me like 20 minutes to do.
Depends. My bare min is foundation, eyeliner ( top and bottom waterline, mascara and lips gloss. 5-10 minutes. If I'm going out then I like to take my time so about 30-50 mins.
ReplyDeleteIt usually takes me about 5-10 minutes on school days because I just wear mascara, eyeshadow in a neutral color, blush, and lipgloss. On the weekends when I have more time it takes maybe 10-15. On days I just have work it takes 0 minutes!
ReplyDeleteI dont wear alot of makeup and it should take me 5-10 minutes, but I am such a slow poke in the morning I am lucky to get through it is 15-20 minutes! LOL
ReplyDeleteI NEED no less that 20 mins to do the makeup thang. This always includes: brows, cheeks and mascara. If I'm in a rush its just brows and cheeks or mascara. Otherwise, if i have all day, i'll take 30+ mins on fussing about with the face, most of that time being spent on perfecting eye shadow/liner.
ReplyDeleteI've got the stripped down version which is 15 min. And then the fun version which takes me about 40. I'm not counting doing my hair time in that either.
ReplyDeleteFor full makeup application, the works, takes me about 30-45 minutes. Depending if I change my eye shadow routine up or do something different. I like to look flawless whenever I go out, which tends to get me tons of compliments and questions on what I use, etc. But if I a running late or can't take the time to do a full makeup application then I would say 15 minutes to at least make myself look presentable.
