If you could use just one drugstore foundation for the rest of 2010, which one would it be?
My answer would definitely be Physicians Formula SPF 50 Powder Foundation. I reviewed it a while back and I've had an intense love affair with it ever since. In hot weather and cold, it's a true winner for me and my oily skin. So how about you? What would you choose?
Oooh thats a hard one..... L'oreal true match liquid or Maybelline Dream mousse liquid

L'oreal Bare Naturale mineral powder foundation. I love it.
ReplyDeletealmay. it's a liquid one. i don't know what it's called but i think it was discontinued years ago. i'm still using the same bottle that i got on clearance like eight years ago. i guess that's gross, but whatever. for lighter coverage, boots tinted moisturizer isn't bad either, although it makes my t-zone a bit oily.
ReplyDeleteOh that's a toughie! Maybe Revlon ColorStay for Dry/Normal skin. I like the SPF and it's a really nice foundation that matches my skin really well.
ReplyDeleteThis is very tough decision. But overall I am loving Revlon PhotoReady esp with my Ben Nye Visage banana powder to set. When I use this f/d I actually don't have to conceal my dark spots/hyper pigmentation, as it does all that for me unlike my next favorite which is Revlon Colorstay.
ReplyDeleteSally Hanson/Carmindy Natural Beauty It's Your Skin. Hands down love it. I have strayed and always go back!
ReplyDeleteL'oreal True Match liquid foundation.
ReplyDeleteGosh I think I'd just go foundation-less for the rest of the year. I haven't been able to find a good drugstore foundation yet plus the fact that I'm scared to try foundations in general doesn't help!
ReplyDeleteProbably Revlon Colorstay for Combo/Oily! I like the coverage. It's more of a fall/winter foundation for me, though! I'm looking for a good tinted moisturizer.
ReplyDeleteMaybelline Dream Matte Mousse! I recently tried it and I think it might be my new HG foundation. I esp. love its coverage!!
ReplyDeletei'm a huge fan of L'Oreal TruMatch, but it's better for winter than summer because it is on the runny side. my current foundation is Revlon Colourstay Active. (both have SPF which is great, and my powders do too.)
ReplyDeleteone foundation for the rest of 2010?
i think i'd have to go with the ColourStay Active- because it resists sweat, oil, and sun while not being too matte, and we're spending Christmas in Arizona this year, so i won't likely be switching foundations (or trying new ones) until after New Year's!
Cover Girl and Olay Simply Ageless.
ReplyDeleteI keep reaching for it over all the others. (I only use drugstore foundations)
Blah. None of the drugstore foundations are pale enough for me.
ReplyDeleteThat said, I'd use the Physicians formula SPF 50 Healthy wear in Translucent Light. It's still too dark, but it covers my skin well.
Definitely Revlon Colorstay! It stays on, it gives great coverage and it controls shine!! :)
ReplyDeleteI really want to try Physicians Formula SPF 50 powder foundation, but I can't find it on Ebay, I only have the bronzer so far and it's really nice! :)

I hardly ever wear foundation, I usually just wear concealer, maybe tinted moisturizer. But if I had to pick one foundation, it would be Rimmel. Any of 'em. I've used Lasting Finish and Stay Matte and I love them all!!!
ReplyDeleteHmm... Well I swore off liquid foundation years ago, and I've never tried any of the drugstore mineral foundations. But I guess I'd just go with one of them.
ReplyDeleteIf I had to use a liquid, I'd say L'Oreal Infallible.Besides the off color and acne I got from using it, the coverage was great.
Cover Girl Simply Ageless has achieved HG status for me. And I'm definitely in the right age group for it!
ReplyDeleteRevlon CS
ReplyDeleteRevlon CS, both formulas, WOAD.
ReplyDeleteI rarely wear foundation, but I guess Rimmel Lasting Finish, it gives great coverage & looks very natural
ReplyDeleterevlon colorstay for oily/combo
ReplyDeletePhysician's Formula's mineral foundation. One, I do love minerals and two, this one doesn't fall into fine lines and keeps me oil/shine free.
ReplyDeleteWithout question it would have to be Revlon Color Stay...in fact I have gone through several bottles. As good as department store foundation.
ReplyDeleteFoundation is the one item I've always bought at dept stores. BUT I'm up for something NC worthy. :-)
ReplyDeleteHave always used Clinique Superbalance. Suggestions?
dahlila :-)
hmmm.. I would say, Revlon Skin Matching foundation.
ReplyDeleteL'Oreal Infallible...I have several(including Armani Silk) but this is the one I reach for,
ReplyDeleteLoreal Infallible without a doubt!
