And I thought I'd share with you a fun questionnaire that I got from T. over at Happy Face, Happy Wallet. I picked the questions that most interested me and provided my answers below. Take a look if you're interested in learning a little bit more about me :)

What is your current obsession? Sheer red lipcolors.

What is your weirdest obsession? Saving boxes. Perfume boxes, makeup boxes...I can't bear to throw them away until they become damaged or take up too much room in my house.

What are you wearing today? Jeans and a babydoll-ish black t-shirt w/ black flip flops.

What's your favorite comfort food? Kraft Sharp Cheddar Mac & Cheese (with tots coming in a close second).

What would you like to learn to do? Drive a stick-shift. But hey, if I've gotten this far in life without it, maybe I don't really need to know.

What's the last thing you bought? Boooooring: Coffeemate Creamer at the grocery store.

What are you listening to right now? RadioNigel (a free internet radio station) because they play the EXACT music I loved growing up (and still love today). Currently playing as I type this: XTC "Making Plans for Nigel"

What is your favorite weather? Rain, rain and more rain. Can never get enough.

What is your most challenging goal right now? To grad school or not to grad school. That is the question.

What do you think about the person who tagged you? I wasn't tagged, but T. rocks!

If you could swap lives with anyone for one day who would it be and why? For one day I would love to swap lives with Chris Cornell, just to see how it feels to scream with all my might and have it actually sound amazing.

If you could go anywhere in the world for the next hour, where would you go? The most comfortable, fluffy bed made with fine Parisian linens (we're talking Oprah-caliber linens) and the most expensive pillows in the universe and I would melt into it. And sleep. Just sleep.

What would you like to have in your hands at right now? My baby niece. And I would blissfully smell her head :)

Which language do you wanna learn? French.

Who do you want to meet in person? I'm going be totally shallow when I answer this so be warned. It's a tie between my celebrity crushes: Paul Rudd and Matthew Fox. (I'd want to see if they're just as gorgeous in person.)

Fashion Pet Peeve? I'm getting a little tired of 80s fads coming back into the fold. Been there, done that and I can't possibly rock it any better today than I did back then. And I ROCKED it then, believe me.

Do you admire anyone's style? I think Michelle Williams always looks "smart" and well put together.

Describe your personal style. I don't like to iron, so that pretty much dictates my style. Also, I love jewelry, so my idea of "jazzing" something up includes throwing on a vintage necklace.

What's your favorite ice cream flavor? Haagen Dazs Peanut Butter & Chocolate. My go-to flavor, hands down. (But I also really love Ben & Jerry's Stephen Colbert's Americone Dream.)

What's your favorite makeup brand? You can't possibly expect me to narrow it down to one, can you? How about I give you my top three low, mid, and high-end brands:

What makeup do you use a lot? Powder Foundation. Brilliantly versatile.

Do you get enough beauty sleep? Yes or no? Why? No. Me=Night Owl.

Why did you start your (beauty) blog? I used to send emails to my girlfriends about my latest beauty discoveries and then that evolved into my friends emailing me questions about beauty products and that would always result in a wonderful back-and-forth about beauty products and information. So after one particular friend prodded me for years to start a blog, I finally took the plunge and have never looked back :) Also, I have a BA in English and writing has always come naturally to me.
