eos Holiday 2014 Limited Edition Rachel Roy Lip Balm Trio
(retail: $9.99 at Rite Aid)
There are three limited edition flavors in this set:
- St. Barth's Sunrise (pink grapefruit)
- Aloha Hawaii (strawberry kiwi)
- Indian Summer (orange blossom)
Every time eos does these limited edition sets, there's always one flavor in particular that really gets to me. This time around, it's Indian Summer. Aaaah, I need an orange blossom lip balm in my life!
And guess what? There's one MORE eos Rachel Roy lip balm coming our way. Keep reading for a peek...

eos Rachel Roy Limited Edition Wildberry Lip Balm
When I was googling the Rachel Roy trio to see if it was available for online purchase yet (as of the time of this post it's not, but I'm assuming it WILL be shortly at drugstore.com, Ulta, etc.) I discovered that there's also another Rachel Roy flavor called Wildberry. I don't know much about this flavor yet because when you click the image above that comes up in a Google image search, it takes you to the drugstore.com homepage and I can't find the actual listing for this product on the site. I see that this lip balm is for sale on places like eBay though, so I'm guessing it should be available at all of the usual online and brick-and-mortar retailers soon.
I also want to point out that the Rachel Ray balms all have that little wing design on them (you can see it in the trio pics from Karmen as well). Cute!
Thanks so much, Karmen, for the heads-up and great pics of the new holiday set. I really appreciate it!

I'll have to pick these up! Especially with the wellness discount! Thanks G! :)
ReplyDeleteI saw the wild berry in my ulta store at the registers. I picked it up wondering since I never seen that color!
ReplyDeleteI found both the trio and single at my ulta today. The Orange blossom smells amazing!
ReplyDeleteTwo things - Holiday? This seems more of a summer collection. I wish they would have put out more holiday-ish flavors, like cranberry, plum, apple spice, egg nog, caramel cookie something... But what I am really wondering is if this formula is anything like the newer balms released this summer. It's hard to decipher the ingredients and compare. The newer lip balms, with the lovely stripe design, moisturize and sooth much better than the original formula, imho. The first edition of their lip balms just weren't emollient enough for my taste, and they ended up trashed. These new ones are creamier, and now I want more flavors. I'm actually buying these for friends.
ReplyDeleteI was wondering the same. I'm guessing they meant "holiday" as in vacation? Mmm, the idea of plum sounds good. Want this set for the orange blossom, I only have one orange blossom balm and it's by the sister company to L'occitane...Ulta carries it something like les provinces de mimes or something like that. Glad to hear that the improved formula is here to stay.
DeleteI was the first one to get these out of the display at my local Rite Aid, yay! The orange blossom flavor is the best one of the set, it smells and tastes just like Tang. These are smoother than the regular eos line, these are more like the new visibly soft line.
ReplyDeleteOmg, you are spot on about the Tang thing!! I really like it a lot, but was really bummed that it is nothing like orange blossoms. Neroli is one of my fav scents, and I was sooo looking foward to it being true to that. Haven't had Tang in yrs, I kinda feel like getting a jar now. :)
DeleteWonderful! Can't wait to get these. I have several Eos around the house and 2 in my purse. My super dry lips have been so much better.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad to read that these are softer and silkier ( I hope ). Like me my daughter is a lip balm enthusiast and I would love to put this in her Christmas stocking
ReplyDeleteOh nooo! I hope these will still be availalbe until I am back in the States in December! I need those!
ReplyDeleteI had no idea who this it was because my fashion choices are limited to Walmart lol. I thought it said Rachel Ray and I always associate her with her line of dog food so I was wondering what flavors they could possibly be! However I'm glad to know these are going to be silkier cuz I cannot stand a waxy lip gloss or lip balm.
ReplyDeletewow!nice!i might pick it up when i see it
ReplyDeleteThe orange blossom sounds amazing. The other two, I could take a pass on. (I need to find a friend who's into grapefruit and strawberry-kiwi...)
ReplyDeleteIf you're a grapefruit fan, do not miss this set. I had a $10 GC and picked up this set on a whim yesterday. I will probably go back for a backup JUST for that flavor.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to get mine, ordered it online last night..
ReplyDeleteThe 3 in the set are great just like the new visibly soft line. But the wildberry eos is like the original formula.... just got my hands on the wildberry today and was very disappointed with it. It also smells and tastes like cough medicine.
ReplyDeletei picked these up today for $7.99 at target! love the design (and price).
