I realize that some of you may be new to the world of blogs and are learning how to find your way around, so I thought this might help both you and me (for future questions, I can refer new readers to this post!). So if you're having difficulties with finding things here, please take a moment to read through the following tips!
On the upper right-hand corner of this blog, you will find the search bar:
In the search bar, enter whatever you're looking for:
Keep reading for more tips...
After you enter your search, your search results will look like this:
As you can see, there are several pages of reviews. Just click any title and you'll be taken to the original post.
Another way to search for things on this blog is to scroll to the right-hand sidebar and look for this:
When you click "Categories," many different sections will appear. Scroll down and look for "Brands":
You can also search by product TYPE:
Just click on any of those words, and don't forget that when you come to the end of a page, you can click the words "older posts" and more pages will be available for you to search through.
One last thing! Also located in the "Categories" is a section called "Weekly Posts":
If you want to see ALL of my drugstore sightings, click the words "drugstore sightings." And if you just want to see the new products that were released this year, click "New 2013 Products." And again, don't forget to click "older posts" when you get to the end of a page, because there are pages and pages worth of posts for both of those categories.

Also if you're on your phone, you need to click Web version at the bottom of the page, those options are not available in the mobile version

ReplyDeleteIt's there! It just can take a moment to load. It's been tested in every browser, on desktop, laptop, ipad, phone, etc. and it loads for each. Just give it a minute or two--let me know if you still don't see it after say, five minutes? Thanks!
DeleteI realized what the problem was. I use an ad blocker and it was blocking the search bar. For those who use ad blockers, be sure to unblock "Google AJAX Search API".

ReplyDeleteIf you have problems with the search bar, you can always use this method:
ReplyDeleteGo to google, type your search term plus site:nouveaucheap.blogspot.com
For example "maybelline tattoo site:nouveaucheap.blogspot.com"
And google will only search this site. I use this for a lot of websites, especially blogs that may not have a search bar, or one that does not works well. :)
