Spotted: lots of new products (pic heavy)

I have to apologize to anyone who has submitted new product pics in the past few months. With things starting to settle down with my family, I hope to be able to catch up on email soon and hopefully get all of your wonderful pics up in one, great big post. So please check back soon for that!

In the meantime, I have collected some pics of new products that I've spotted while out and about at the drugstores and grocery stores lately (grocery stores tend to get new haircare before the drugstores do in my area) so I'd love to share my discoveries with you!

First up, I have reader Meagan to thanks for these following pics, as she recently left a comment on the You Tell Me page letting us know that she found some new Vo5 and Suave products at her local Food4Less (for those if you in states that don't have Food4Less grocery stores, the equivalent would be Kroger). Well as soon as I read her comment, I dashed out to my local Food4Less and here's what I spotted:

New Queen Helene Royal Curl Collection

All of the products in this collection are "free of sulfates, petrolatum, parabens and phthalates".

While I didn't find the new Vo5 shampoo and conditioner that Meagan mentioned in her comment (Shea Cashmere, which contains shea protein and warm vanilla), I did find these new Vo5 products.

For the record, I will buy and review Vo5 Shea Cashmere the MOMENT I find it (thanks again for the heads-up on that one, Meagan!)

New Vo5 2-in-1 Shampoo & Conditioner in Normal and Moisturizing

New Vo5 Strengthening Shampoo and Conditioner with with Vitamin E and Panthenol

New Suave Naturals Everlasting Sunshine Shampoo and Conditioner

Next up, here are some products I spotted at Rite Aid recently (I realize that some of these products are not brand new but I'd still like to share):

I FINALLY spotted the Organix Awapuhi Ginger line

AND the new Macadamia Oil line:

Just like the Awapuhi Ginger line, the Macadamia Oil line contains a shampoo, conditioner, Dry Styling Oil and Masque.

Here are some new Marc Anthony products:

Marc Anthony Oil of Morocco Argan Oil Sulfate-Free Shampoo, Conditioner and Treatment

Marc Anthony Dream Waves Sulfate-Free Amplifying Shampoo and Conditioner

Garnier Sky-Hi Volume Mousse and Hi-Rise Lift Root Booster

Garnier XXL Body Thickening Mousse

Now these Black Radiance baked blushes and bronzers aren't really new, but I thought it was VERY important to include these in my post for two reasons:
1) I spotted these at a Rite Aid that doesn't carry Black Radiance in the regular cosmetics aisle
2) These blister packs are similar to the 8-pan palette blister packs I showed you here

So therefore, I'm HOPING this means that Black Radiance might be coming to more Rite Aid locations soon and, at the very least, even if they don't offer the full collection, they MIGHT offer these blister packs and hopefully the 8-pans. *fingers crossed*

My Rite Aid also had the new Essie collection, Go Overboard:

I apologize for the qualify of this photo, but L'Oreal has released some new Sublime products. On the left are SPF30 and SPF50 suncreens and on the right are new self-tanners:

The new 2-in-1 Moisturizer & Serum from Olay:

The products in this display are:

Classic Cleanser (not new), Age-Defying 2-in-1 Day Cream & Serum (new)

 Age Defying Night Cream

I've been meaning to mention these for a while now because I don't believe I posted about them when I posted pics or my review of the new L'Oreal Infallible Eyeshadow. In the same display, there are new Infallible automatic eyeliners. I'm SO excited to try one because, as many of you know, automatic liners are my favorite:

Here are a few more fun displays I spotted at Rite Aid:

L.A. Girl 10 Color Eye Palettes

The nail polishes at the top of this display are SCENTED.

And finally, here are a few things I spotted at my local Albertson's (grocery store):

FX Brazilian Smooth 7-Day Smoothing Spray

A few of you mentioned that you've spotted the new conditioning cleanser from Salon Grafix and I finally found it!

Salon Grafix Citrus Creme Intensive Hair Repair Masque
Salon Grafix Citrus Creme Conditioning Cleanser (Sulfate-Free)

Here's a new line from TRESemme called Nourishing Rituals:

TRESemme Nourishing Rituals Liquid Gold Shine Therapy

TRESemme Nourishing Rituals Rejuvenating Mud Masque

TRESemme Nourishing Rituals Protein Renewal Creme

And finally, some more new Suave products:

Suave Invigorating Anti-Dandruff 2-in-1 Shampoo & Conditioner
Suave Nourishing Anti-Dandruff Shampoo
Suave Nourishing Anti-Dandruff Conditioner

New Suave Kids Purely Awesome 2-in-1 Coconut Shampo

Have you spotted any of these new products in your area yet? If so, have you made any purchases? Any must-haves here? I'd love to hear from you!

  4. Be wary of scented nail polish; my friend and I made the mistake of smelling some by Forever 21, and they smelled about ten times worse than regular nail polish! Thanks for showing all your finds. x

  10. I have the Queen Helene Royal Curl Creme! I found it in a strange place in Target and there weren't any other ones in the store! It was weird not even a sticker for it. I use it for my wash n go's. not a very stiff crunchy gel and smells nice.

I want that Suave conditioner in Everlasting Sunshine. I have the body lotion and love the smell (wish it were more moisturizing though).

  13. "Burts baby bee shampoo"... I will take a look at it next time I'm out. She is almost 9, and has an aversion to anything that says "baby" on it lol, depends on the packaging though. She has an oatmeal baby wash she likes, it is a really simple tan pump bottle with nice lettering, no babies or rattles or anything like that. She loves the ones marketed at kids, with the fun colors, funky scents, and cool shaped bottles.... but the stuff inside is terrible for her hair, and the good stuff is so "boring" and "grownup". I know it's silly.

  14. oooh... burt's has a baby bee bubble bath too! Gotta check that one out, dd is a bubble bath queen and the regular brands irritate her skin so bad, or she has an allergic reaction to them. Thanks so much "G" I never would have thought to look if you had not mentioned the product line.

  16. I'm excited to try the new items from VO5 and Suave, especially the Shea Cashmere and Everlasting Sunshine shampoos. They're the two brands I use most often because they get the job done for me and they're cheap. I think my sister would really be interested in the Salon Grafix Conditioning Cleanser and Organix products so I'll have to keep an eye out for them. Thanks for the all the info! :)

    2. I've been really busy with work but overall great, thanks for asking. I've actually been trying to get caught up with all the blogs I follow and I'm almost up to date ;) I hope you and your family are doing well. I know your life has been quite busy, too.

    3. So good to hear you've been well! :) And thanks so much for asking about my family. You're right--it has been busy and yesterday a pipe burst in my house, so I've had plumbers jackhammering, etc. for about 24 hrs now. Gah! But anyway, my parents are doing MUCH better. Thank you so very much for asking, and so glad to see you around here again! xoxo

    2. No problem! And for the record, I've been using the Shea Cashmere for about a week now and am loving it! To me, it smells like BBW Warm Vanilla Sugar, and it doesn't weigh down my fine, wavy hair! :)

  18. I didn't realize Essie was releasing a full collection with Go Overboard since I've only seen 3 sets of colors where they're sold. I already have the namesake of the collection and I'm not really interested in the others... Well, maybe Sand Tropez.

    1. Yep, when these collections show up at Walgreens and other places, for some reason they tend to only display three or four shades from the collection. So strange! :(

  19. This is such an informative post! so many new conditioners for this co-washer to check out :D

  20. Not quite on-subject, but perhaps an aside in re to Essie: I LOVE the wide choice of shades, but I've had issues with the Grow Stronger and the Good to Go (base coat and speed drying top coat). The Grow Stronger didn't make my nails well, grow any stronger. In fact the stuff had this annoying habit of peeling off my nail and taking with it any color that I'd added on top. As for the Good to Go, it was good (to go) for about the first half of the bottle. Then it became quite thick, stringy and wasn't good to go anywhere except back to Essie. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced either of these issues or something like them? At this time, I'm using Zoya Anchor base coat, which seems to work exceptionally well, even with other polish lines (I've had a Revlon polish on for two weeks with minimal chipping although I have my hands in water much of the day), and the Zoya Anchor top coat, which also seems like a keeper. Anyone else have any thoughts? I'd love to know. ;+)

  21. I've already used my Essie armed and ready polish and it is awesome. It's a army green with a little shimmer.

  22. Thank you so much for the pics of the new Suave anti-dandruff shampoo/conditioner! As someone with a dry scalp, I'm always looking for options!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Wow... Suave has coconut shampoo & conditioner for kids now... I would sure love to try that in my daughter's hair... i love the suave shampoo and conditioner line, it makes her curly hair tangle free and the scents are awesome.

  24. I got the Tresemme Mud Masque and I love it - makes my hair super soft!

  25. I've been following your blog for a while now but I just had to say thank you sososo much for posts like this. I moved to Europe a year and a half ago and very badly miss 2a.m. Walmart runs with my mom or checking out Walgreens after a long day of work! Sounds crazy but - hey, its the simple things! Thank you for letting me vicariously shop through you! It helps me still feel connected! :D
