If you caught my post from back in June about the L'Oreal Infallible eyeshadows that were released earlier this year in Canada and Europe (and I think Asia as well), then you know I was seething with jealousy that we in the US did not get them. They're supposedly nice dupes for Armani Eyes To Kill shadows (click here for links to reviews and comparisons), and boy did I want some. Badly.
Well guess what? My lovely reader Ronda just spotted them at her Bed Bath & Beyond. In the US! Can you see me doing the happy dance through your computer screen right now? No? Well it sort of looks like a cross between the cabbage patch and the running man.

It's impossible for me to confirm that we're getting all of the shades that were released in other countries, HOWEVER, it sure looks that way to me.
Thanks so much, Ronda, for the great scoop and for making my day!
Have you spotted the new L'Oreal Infallible Eyeshadow collection in your area yet? Are you excited to see/try these?
PS: I've got even MORE sightings coming your way a bit later, and I promise you don't want to miss 'em!
Oh heck yes I have been waiting for this for so long! Thank you so much for the heads up. Looks like I just found my weekend plans!
ReplyDeleteYAYYYYYY can't wait!
ReplyDeleteOh wow! I've seen tutorials using these and could never find them! I can't wait to see if they are in my area too. So exciting! :)
ReplyDeleteYay! I have been dying to try these. I am going to start stalking my local stores, now. Thanks for the head's up.
ReplyDeleteWe already have them here (Greece), but they're expensive, so I haven't tried them yet! I'd love to try a few of them though, they look lovely :) x
ReplyDeleteNice! I've been wanting these and been jealous over here in the US of all the int'l people reviewing these. I'm going to check these out at Bed Bath and Beyond.
ReplyDeletewoohoo! I've been waiting for these to hit the States. I can't wait to try them!
ReplyDeleteI really hope these come to a store near me soon. I've been wanting to try these for months!
ReplyDeleteShut up! Shut up! Shut up! I've never squealed so loudly. Hahaha. I've been waiting for these for about...all year. lol Must have them all! =D <3
ReplyDeleteSo funny...I saw these in my grocery store yesterday and immediately searched your blog for them from my phone. But, I must've overlooked the post from June cuz I didn't see anything. So, I passed them up since I figured if they were any good, G would know about them. Well, I ran back this morning and bought 2. Midnight Blue and Amber Rush. SO glad I saw your post-these are gorgeous! Can't wait to play with them!
ReplyDeleteI need these in my life! Well I "want" them very badly.... :D
ReplyDeleteIve been tracking these since they came out in europe. Thrilled theyre coming here!!!!
ReplyDeleteBB&B has makeup? Where have I been?? Thanks for the tip, these look beautiful!
ReplyDeleteBetween these and the new Maybelline cream shadows, my wallet will be taking a beating(: I wonder how long it'll take for them to hit drugstores everywhere...
ReplyDeleteGAH! just screamed a bit and did a happy dance with my feet! SOO excited for these. Especially cuz I heard they WEREN'T going to becoming to the US at all through a different source. When I was scrolling down and saw your post about Maybelline's cream shadows, I was like well that would be a nice competition to Loreals if they came to the US and how they are going to be missing out on it, then I scrolled down a little more and I saw this! lol.
ReplyDeleteI am always on a lookout for good crease-resistant cream shadows, can't wait! :)
ReplyDeleteI bought the Amber Rush color and it's AMAZING, the texture does remind me of the Armani eyes to kill, and they really do last a long time, mine made it through a 10 hr work day and still looked pretty :)
ReplyDeleteso happy that these finally are in the US!! definitely been waiting for awhile :D do you know if these collection is limited edition?
ReplyDeleteIf any of your readers are looking for swatches, I have almost all the colours available worldwide here:

Just finishing up with the 'latest' ones. Although I think L'Oreal must change some of the names depending on country: I've yet to find a complete list anywhere!
I had a feeling these would make it here eventually. Since Maybelline has Color Tattoo coming out, I wonder if this cream or gel shadow trend will pick up in other brands.
ReplyDeleteSpotted this weekend at the BB&B in Copiague, NY (Long Island)!
ReplyDeleteThese (and the new L'oreal lip balms) both showed up at my local H.E.B. grocery store here in Houston. Both displays were 60% empty already - popular! I snagged four of these shadows (sparkly black, dark midnight blue, champagne-y offwhite and a bronze-y taupe)... all are stunning.
ReplyDeleteFound a small hanging display at my Walgreens today (Hampton, VA). They were hanging fron the side of one of the beauty displays at the from of the store. It had 2 of each color and a row of the new smoldering pencil so check your local Walgreens too. I picked up grey and khaki.
ReplyDeleteI found these today at CVS (Mesa Arizona). I got the Coccoa dark brown and the taupe one so far I LOVE these. I got it at a buy one get one half off. If you want swatches let me know
ReplyDeleteSaw these & the liners at my local CVS today (Newnan, GA)...same display as in post picture.
ReplyDeleteI live in Belgium, and I can tell you that you American girls are lucky! Here I can only find 8 shades (though there are supposed to be 10) in every shop I've been to! I also think they are named differently too, after checking Jen from From Head to Toe's haul list (I did check your post about its release in Canada and I think in Canada they bear the same name). I am majorly attracted to several shades in the range, but here it costs 10 euros a pop (a MAC refill pan is around 12, for your reference), so I'm just going to wait for some kind of major deal!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad they finally showed up in my area! I got mine at fred meyers , buy one get one half off in vancouver , wa. I have seven so far , but I can't seem to find "burning black". It's a little confusing what's availible here versus what's availible abroad, plus the shade names are different. Does anyone have a full shade list? I currently have:
ReplyDelete889 midnight blue
333 golden sage
997 eternal sunshine
899 endless pearl
892 amber rush
998 sultry smoke
bronzed taupe
I saw 'eternal black' and 'perpetual violet' but I did't want those as much. Every display I check has a couple of slots empty so I wonder if we are actually going to get 'burning black'. Also , I see some have found 'permanent khaki'whereas I have found 'golden sage'. It's confusing! Also, I always look forward to concealer reviews here because I have such a hard time with them - getting them to look natural, not crease, last all day, etc. I don't have under eye darkness so much as beside the corners of my eyes. I tried 'endless pearl' in this area and I am really impressed. I will definately be buying backups of that shade!
I'm quite jealous of everyone who's been finding these! I have yet to find them in Birmingham, AL. If anyone else has, please let me know!
ReplyDeleteHi! I'm from Mexico and this shades have been available here since early this year. We have 8 I think, from which i have 5, and checking the shades on the Us L'Oreal website I can tell you that just 1 (Eternal Black) is a match for my region. Besides the regular one, there is this collection named L'Or L'Or L'Or, but I'm not sure the exact quantity, so far I've seen data from other countries such as Spain and Phillipines of at least 5 other shades, one Ive spotted (and bought) at Walmart: Goldmine.
ReplyDeleteNot sure but i think the L'Or L'Or L'Or Collection is Limited Edition... oh, and there was the summer Collection with 2 more shades, which are matte (they're still around for us). The 8 regulars are either metallic/high pearl with sparkles and Eternal black is almost matte with silver sparkles
By the way, the gal who posted the link with the swatches, those are the shades I know, though I must say, Goldmine is not a white gold, is a yellow gold but it is a little pale. It looks fantastic on the eyes (mmmm wonder what shade it is wearing the dark skinned model in the advert, looks more dark and less sparkly than Goldmine)
ReplyDeleteI'm so craving for Bronze Goddess. Figers crossed it shows up at displays
I bought one and loved it so much, I went back and bought four more! I just posted about them on my blog, and I think it's the longest post EVER; I am so incredibly excited about them! I can't wait to see what you think of them if you get around to trying them. And you definitely should try them!
