ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know if any of the OPIs on clearance at the JCP Salon are included in the BOGO1/2off? I was just there a few days ago and they had some on clearance for $4.25. If it does apply, it would be nice to pair that up with a 15% off coupon for doing the survey on the back of your JCP receipts.
