NEW Hard Candy 2016 products at Walmart
Remember last week when I showed you those Hard Candy blush and primer sneak peeks (click here if you missed those)? Well there are even MORE new Spring 2016 Hard Candy products, and they're already landing in Walmart stores! Thanks to two lovely readers, I have lots of pics to share with you today.
First up, thanks to reader @criistal_a on Instagram for kindly sharing these pics of some products she spotted at her local Walmart this week:

NEW Hard Candy Look Pro! Collection
The new Strobing Drops (which I showed you a sneak peek of a few weeks ago) have landed, and lots of other strobing and contouring products as well. I enlarged @criistal_a's pic a bit to give you a closer look at each product:

Hard Candy Look Pro! Illuminating & Strobing Mix In Drops
Hard Candy Look Pro! Illuminating & Strobing Face Duo Stick
I didn't realize, when I first showed you the sneak-peek of the Strobing Drops, that they were mix-in drops! That sort of brings these to a whole other level for me. Mixing into matte foundations, etc.? Exciting.

Hard Candy Velvet Mousse Matte Lip Colors
I believe that the tin that's open in @elizabethhallway's pic above is the shade Tulip. I'm loving the look of that shade.
I also want to mention that @criistal_a told me that she also spotted a new Hard Candy Hydrating Primer Mist at her Walmart this week. So keep your eyes open for that too, as well as the new Cheeky Tints, Pore Defense Primer Serum, and Lift & Firm Primer.
Have you spotted any of these new Hard Candy products at your local Walmart stores yet? Thoughts?
Thanks again, @criistal_a and @elizabethhallway, for the fantastic sightings and pics. I really appreciate it!
Anybody try the lippie? Does it set or stay "moussey".
ReplyDeleteIt stays moussey
DeleteYou know what, it goes dry eventually, like Revlon ones. You can blot it and it looks great
DeleteI love them! Got all seven!!!
DeleteThose cases for the lippies...gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThose lip products look like UD Pocket Rockets.
ReplyDeleteI thought the same thing. Urban Decay owned Hard Candy eons ago so it's possible that it is the same packaging.
DeleteI wonder what the light contour pencil looks like in person? The pictures make it appear to actually be useful for fair skin and not the usual orange monstrosities you usually see.

ReplyDeleteaaahhh ! so many awesome things !
the tubes of the velvet mousse remind me of the bonita velvet lip creams . i hope they dry down completely matte & transfer proof like traditional liquid lippies . if so , i wanna try dahlia & wisteria .
the contour palettes look promising & the hydrating primer mist sounds awesome !

I'm curious to see reviews on this product. I have always been very disappointed in hard candy products, which is sad for me to say because hard candy and urban decay birthed my makeup obsession in the 90's. They do look like the bonita velvet lip creams. Everything looks amazing just need reviews to come on.
ReplyDeleteaaaaaand there goes my money. i can just FEEL my wallet getting lighter already hahaha
ReplyDeleteI always want to try a new lip product, especially a mousse formula, as it sounds so decadent.
ReplyDeleteSeeing the top row of products, though, the picture made me immediately think of Physicians Formula.
Saw these yesterday and most of the lipsticks in the tin were gone! I was able to buy the hydrating spray primer! I'm trying it out today, it's coconut water infused with no silicone. I want to say it's trying to dupe smashbox's photo ready primer water.
ReplyDeleteI wish there was a map of which Walmart's carried HC, there are 3 located near me in NorCal (Sacramento area) and none of them carry HC...grrrrr.
ReplyDeleteJust bought one of matte lipsticks, it's actually fantastic. Not transfer proof, just so we're clear, but amazing color, moisturizing feel and smell like Milani ones, caramel-y. I really like them.
ReplyDeleteBought the Dahlia one yesterday. Love it. Comfortable, moussy, not dry and pigmented. Came off gracefully and not cracked. Wish they had more colors though. Give them a try. Remond me of the Ofra ones
ReplyDeleteInside the lip tin there is also a mirror. They have a cupcake scent and feel silicone like on the lips. If you apply a thin layer, the dry down quickly and last comfortably for several hours.
ReplyDeleteThe contour palettes include cream and powder products. The strobing kit had a matte bronzer (to warm for a contour, IMO) and blush. The highlights are gorgeous. But the best part of this kit is the brush! Super soft and a dupe for one of my fave Real Techniques brushes. The strobing cream reminds me of the NARS light optimizing primer.
Yes I just purchased Dahlia, Wisteria, and Tulip. I love them they are great and feel great on the lips!
ReplyDeleteI have all the lippies! Are you interested in a swatcah pic of all of them?
ReplyDeleteI've been to 3 different walmarts & they don't have any of theses products. I can't even get it online😡
