The Wednesday Question

It's been forever since I did a Wednesday Question and I'm so sad for letting that go for so long (it's the longest-running feature on my blog!). So here we go:


Name a well-loved beauty brand that you personally have yet to try.

My answer would have to be Makeup Geek, but I actually placed my first order for some shadow singles during that sale a few weeks ago. I can't wait to finally dig in and see what all the buzz is about!

    I have yet to try Melt Cosmetics...much raved about and much loved. Need to get my hands on the shadow stacks

    For me, Anastasia Beverly Hills...although cross that, because I ordered the contour cream palette from Macy's (when it was $25) and I have yet to try it! I haven't tried Makeup Geek yet...I would love to get my hands on luxurious brands like YSL and Chanel...

    I'm a nail polish junkie with an extensive collection but I still have yet to try Essie nail polish. They're colors just never seem to appeal to me

      I have heard that Essie's gel top coat is amazing. My SiL used it and said it was the best she has used so far!

    MAC. The stores are always so crowded and visually overstimulating to the point that browsing is not an option. I hover near the entrance for a moment or two then run away.

    There are actually quite a few! As I sit here and think I keep coming up with more. I guess I will go with Kat Von D. I just think the colors are a little bold for me, and I prefer the golden California girl look and seems kinda opposite that!

    There are loads ... ColourPop, MAC, Makeup Geek, Too Faced, Urban Decay, Chanel (cosmetics ... I have No. 5) and Marc Jacobs. There are many more, I'm sure.

    I have added MUG items to my cart on that website a million times and have just never pulled the trigger. I'll get there eventually though. Can't wait to see what you think of them!

    Sleek! I've been thinking about getting something for a year now but I haven't pulled the trigger. There's just nothing exciting to me about shopping online.

    I haven't tried anything from Colorpop, Sleek, MUF, Marc Jacobs, Becca (I just received a mini of Opal), Pur Minerals (I am about to try it though because I ordered the Crush pallet deal this week!) I love MUG shadows they are a must!! =D
