I like that L'Oreal gives you little tips about how to tell if you're cool, neutral or warm (that jewelry thing is totally true in my case--I'm neutral but warm-leaning, and I can pull off both silver and gold jewelry depending on the day; I have a friend who is super, super cool-toned and she cannot pull off gold jewelry).
Also, I love that the Neutral illuminators are rose-toned, which I think looks great on a variety of different skintones. Basically the only thing I am not loving right now is the price of these items but as we all know, L'Oreal goes on sale quite a bit at the drugstores (L'Oreal makeup was just 40% off at Rite Aid last week), so with some patience and a few coupons and/or store rewards, we can cut that price down significantly!

Have you spotted this collection in your area yet? Thoughts? These are already up on the L'Oreal website HERE and HERE if you'd like more info.
Thanks again, @christinaa018, for the great sighting and pics!
I just came backfrom CVS where I spent a stupid amount of time looking for Revlon Skinlights tubes to use my 30% off coupon on. I wish these were there! Can't wait to see someone review them.
ReplyDeleteLol at stupid amount of time! I hate it when that happens. :(
DeleteMy cvs has them. I got the golden and the rose powders . I do not like them at all. Very glittery and chalky. I wanted to like them, but sadly i don't. I'm taking them back tomorrow.
DeleteWas about to tweet you. Some Canadian bloggers just received samples of these. I heard that they are out mid July over here
ReplyDeleteAaaah, thank you, H.!! <3
DeleteOmg those look so nice!!!
ReplyDeleteAgreed! :)
DeleteSo.Friggin.Exciteddddddd. lol
ReplyDeleteLol me too. :)
DeleteI definitely warmed toned, but cannot pull off gold jewelry, as the yellow in my skin makes the jewelry pull too yellow. However neutral or warm works for me. Hope these are easier to find than the new maybelline and milani. What is the average number of illimitators does one need? I am at about ten and want them all!
ReplyDeleteLol I don't think there is a limit when we loooove makeup especially liminaters or highlighters. I love them too. I just kinda wish the powders had more of highlighter part like the neutral had more pink. But not seeing what size they are I may be totally wrong. I have an Elf one that is kinda similar I love.
DeleteNever. Enough. Highlighters. Lol!! :)
DeleteOh, G, don't I know! The colourpop ones are nice. Have you tried them yet?
DeleteAnd Joyce, try colourpop!
DeleteJoyce, try colourpop! They have pink and neutral ones.
DeleteAre these limited editions?
ReplyDeleteNope, I believe they're permanent! :)
DeleteI found them at Rite Aid! :)
ReplyDeleteOh G I can't wait for a sale and your review! (I hope you a planning on it once you snag one) Also I think it's true. Never enough glow!!! Lol
ReplyDeleteWoohoo! Thanks for the info :)
ReplyDeleteExcited to shop these!
ReplyDeleteThis display looks really interesting. I'm curious to try the golden powder and illuminator. I have some extra care bucks racked up that I'm dying to use so I hope these pop up at my local CVS soon lol
ReplyDeleteI think the powders could be unique and pretty
ReplyDeleteThe cool powder highlighter looks so much like mac's lightscapade I wonder how it swatches
ReplyDeleteOOh the powder highlighters look promising!
ReplyDeleteI saw these in Rite Aid today.
ReplyDeleteSaw them at the Christmas Tree store today
