Target Spring 2015 Beauty Box: The Contents

As with all of the Target Beauty Boxes (and formerly the Target Beauty Bags, if you've been with me since the beginning!), I like to show you the contents after I receive my purchase. Not only do I like to do this as a visual record, for reference, but I also like to do it so that those who may have missed out might get a better idea of what these boxes have to offer the next time they come around.

NOTE: This box is no longer available for purchase on the Target website. I posted about it as soon as I found it was available on April 13th, and it proceeded to sell out later that afternoon (these always go quickly). I apologize if you missed it, but I post about these as quickly as I can when they go live (thanks to tips from YOU!), so if you don't follow me on social media (see the social media link bar at the top of this blog), it may be something you might want to consider so that you'll know exactly when my posts go up in the future. Target offers these boxes once each spring and once each fall.

Target Spring 2015 Beauty Box
(retail: $5 + free shipping via the Target website)

So let's take a look!

As with the last few Target beauty boxes, this box includes a list of all of the items, plus a coupon for $3 off any $15 Target beauty purchase, which is redeemable either in-store or online.

Also, just like with the last few boxes, you get a discount code for Dermstore.com.

The contents of this box are exactly as described in the listing on the Target site:
  • Shea Moisture Superfruit Complex 10-in-1 Renewal System Shampoo (3.2 oz., travel size)
  • TRESemme Tres Two Hair Spray (1.5 oz., travel size)
  • L'Oreal Infallible Makeup Extender Setting Spray (3.4 oz., full-size)
  • Neutrogena Hyrdo Boost Gel Cream (0.25 oz., deluxe sample)
  • Maybelline Color Elixir in Rose Redefined (0.17 oz., full-size)

I was happy to see that we got the Hydro Boost Gel Cream, since I already own (and reviewed) the Hydro Boost Water Gel.

090 Rose Redefined

Considering that you get TWO full-size products in this box, and that the L'Oreal Infallible Setting Spray alone is $13.99 on the Target site (and $16.99 at Ulta), I would say that $5 for the entire box, plus free shipping, made this an excellent value. The L'Oreal and Maybelline products retail for $20.98 combined if purchased at Target.

I always seem to end these posts with the question: "Would I purchase another Target Beauty Box in the future?" and I always seem to answer that question with, "Yes! I definitely would!" Well, nothing has changed this time around. This was a great one and I cannot wait to see what they offer us in the fall.

Did you get the Target Spring 2015 Beauty Box? If so, I'm guessing you already received your box in the mail, and I would love to know if you received the same shade of Color Elixir as I did (or a different shade). Are you happy with your box? Will YOU order again in the fall?

The products featured in this post were purchased with personal funds. For more information, click here.

  8. I bought one and I love it! It was incredible deal. I just wish I knew about the other boxes. I would have bought one of the $10 boxes too. They were filled with a few full sized products I want. I'll be ready for the next round!

  9. Yes I got mine and I was so excited to get the Maybelline Elixer in Rose Redefined it's so pretty and smooth and creamy. Also the Loreal setting spray is worth more than the whole box. So happy to have an extra now. I hope to get in on the next one. That's why I hit ur email first thing I can in the morning. Thanks so so much. I love this blog. I share it a lot with others when I see a post who's ur favorite. Your name is there. I can't ever really remember any others like I do this one. Chemo brain too. Lol

    1. Ditto. It was sold out in minutes this time. That's the only item I didn't already have though so that's OK. I just got UDs Coola set spray and its fab, pricey but worth it IMO! Better than their other ones by far, at least for my wonky combo skin.
