Spotted: NEW FingerPaints Metallics and Flakie Gel Polishes

Just in time for the BOGOFREE FingerPaints sale that's going on all month long at Sally Beauty (in-store through 2/28), we've got a fun new metallic nail color collection that's now popping up in stores, and some new flakie gel polishes too (gel polishes are NOT part of the BOGOFREE sale though).

Huge thanks to longtime reader and nail blogger Francine of The Polished Mommy for the following sightings. Francine spotted both new collections at her local Sally recently--take a look!

Reader @bleubelle31 on Instagram JUST shared a swatch with me today for Rock Hard Lilac, which you can see here. She had some interesting things to say about this one. For example, this polish seems to have a slight texture to it (but not as much as the China Glaze Crinkled Chromes), but the texture is only apparent on the first coat (she applied one coat in her swatch). She said that the texture goes away on the second coat but it looks like the opacity is great after just one coat, so you could have the option of having a textured polish or a smooth polish with this one.

Again, the gel polishes are not part of the FingerPaints BOGOFREE promotion this month, but still exciting if you're a gel polish user, right?
