Spotted: NEW Salon Perfect Special Effect Top Coats (permanent)

New glitter toppers from Salon Perfect and they're not limited edition! Huge thanks to reader @thelovelypolish on Instagram for this one. She spotted three new glitter toppers in the permanent display at Walmart this week and shared this pic:

Since Salon Perfect and China Glaze share the same parent company, I'm always excited to see if new Salon Perfect shades are lookalikes for China Glaze shades. I'm wondering if that middle shade is close to China Glaze Shooting Stars or...? 

Also, @thelovelypolish posted a close-up of Splat! here and confirmed that it's a dupe for Hard Candy Black Tie Optional (it even has the black bar glitter). 

Have you spotted these new permanent shades at your local Walmart yet? Thoughts?

    Have you seen the new Nyx products? Im excited for practically everything. Nyx doesnt disappoint :)
