I spotted these at the Manhattan Harmon store in NYC. So these are definitely hitting the East Coast.

DeleteIt's near the Chelsea Trader Joe's on 6th Avenue. I love that they carry OPI. They also have a huge NYX display and a big section for nail polishes.
