And as I said in my Walgreens holiday gift set post, don't forget to LOOK UP! Often times, the holiday sets are placed on top of the regular shelving units due to limited space. I found the following two sets on the top shelf in the shampoo aisle at my local Rite Aid:
Satina Perfectly Airbrushed Look Book
(retail: $9.99)
I haven't tried any brushes by Satina, but what a great deal if these are of nice quality, right?
L.A. Colors Limited Edition Color Craze 18 Piece Mini Nail Polish Set
(retail: $9.99)
The L.A. Colors mini set is back again this year, and this time around, there are NEW shades that were not in last year's set:
I was so surprised to see a "feather" polish in this set!
As you can see, there are jellies, metallics, cremes, shimmers, glitters and cremes in this set. There's even a Deborah Lippmann Happy Birthday-ish multi-glitter here!
This silver glitter has some chunky holo glitters in it:

And last but not least, a sighting from reader Laura H.:

Pretty Woman Seashells, Pearls & Foils! Designer Nail Kit
(retail: $14.99)
Pretty Woman has taken their Nail Pearls (which retail for $7.99 on their own) and added a foil set and a seashells set (I haven't heard of "seashells" before but I'm intrigued!) to create this holiday gift set. I think this is the first time I've seen Pretty Woman do holiday sets!

That's it for this Rite Aid holiday gift set round-up (for now). Something tells me we're just getting started when it comes to the gift sets at Rite Aid this year. And please check back soon for more Walgreens Holiday 2013 sightings!
Huge thanks to Pam, Brie and Laura H. for the fantastic sightings and pics. I really appreciate it!
Hi G, thanks for posting my pics! I went back later to get that set and also found a smaller set from Pretty Woman that had four of just the seashell polishes. The price on it was $7.99 and I picked it up instead since those were the ones I was really interested in. I haven't tried them out yet, but they look so pretty in the bottles.
ReplyDeleteI've actually seen all of the LA color nail polish sets, as well as the city color nail art sets at my Ross! They're a few dollars cheaper, but the prices at rite aid are still super worth it.
ReplyDeleteDear Santa: See above...I would like them all please.
ReplyDeleteLove
Robin
p.s. thanks girls for all the great photos!
I got the 18 mini set and some of them were really thick and goopy but nothing a little polish thinner couldn't fix. Some unique shades in it and the mini bottles are so cute!
ReplyDeleteI bought the Satina brush set 2 weeks ago for the fan brush but it was terrible. I ended up just liking the stippling brush (better than the elf one) and those 2 other fluffy brushes for powder products.
ReplyDeleteAgreed! I got the set also and the fan brush might as well not have been included...I can't do anything with it because there aren't enough bristles and it's waaaay too bendable. The powder brush and the stippling brush aren't bad...the foundation brush tends to streak though.
DeleteI'd love a review on the brushes! I saw them as well! Wonder if they're any good..
ReplyDeleteOh geesh they are killing me with all theses great sets and collections. I want so many!
