Spotted at Dollar Tree: Wet n Wild Beauty Benefits products!

So are you saying to yourself, "Wet n Wild BEAUTY BENEFITS?" What the heck is that??"

Well don't worry, because I don't expect many of you to remember this line! Beauty Benefits was a very short-lived line from Wet n Wild that debuted in 2009...and was discontinued in 2009. This line included cosmetics, nail color and I believe they had some skincare products as well.

My memory is a little fuzzy, but I think the Beauty Benefits line was exclusive to Walmart, and the price points were slightly higher than other Wet n Wild products that were on the market at that time. I think the line was geared to a more mature audience and the color palette reminded me of Bobbi Brown (very user-friendly and complimentary to a variety of skintones).

Anyway, the GREAT news for you die-hard Wet n Wild fans and collectors is that products from this very rare line are now popping up at Dollar Tree stores!

Wet n Wild Beauty Benefits Ultimate Expressions Eye Shadow Palette in Sand Castle
(Retail: $3.99(?). Dollar Tree price: $1)

Reader criss v. (@crisswuvsmakeup on Instagram) spotted the above Beauty Benefits palette at her local Dollar Tree this week! Criss v. said that they also had more colorful trios available, not just the neutrals you see above.

And reader Julie, who was the first to tell me that Beauty Benefits products have landed at Dollar Tree, said that she spotted lots of nail polish and lip gloss at her location!

Do you remember Wet n Wild Beauty Benefits? Are you excited to have another chance at these products? Have you spotted them at your local Dollar Tree stores?

Thanks so much, Julie and criss v.,  for the great sightings and info (and pic!).

  1. I hope I can find Sand Castle because if it's matte it could do double duty as a contour palette for my complexion!

  2. Dang... that palette is old... I used to love that palette then my son got into it and I had to throw it away

  3. I saw some nail polish the last time I was in dollar tree, but I didn't really look at them. Hmmm I'm going to have to go back and look now.

  4. Hey first time commenting here but just wanted to say that here in the UK we've been getting a lot of Wet n Wild Beauty Benefit products in our own version of a dollar store, which is 'Poundland'. They've been there for a couple of years now! I've seen concealer kits, powders and foundations.

  8. I know this has nothing to do with this post but just wanted to say that I found the revlon lip butters with the light blue and purple and my display had two of each... At Walgreens above the regular Revlon line. They just put them out.

  9. At my local dollar tree they have elf matte lipstick, miliani lipstick and polish, and new la color palettes

  10. No at my local DT as I was just there yesterday. I was looking for the Milani Too Cool n/p with no luck. They had other colors but I already had them. I'm crossing my fingers they will get these.

    1. Dollar Trees vary greatly from store to store. I have 2 within a three mile radius of my horse, one had these and the other didn't. Keep checking!

  12. I found these at my DT in Horn Lake Mississippi and they have four different palettes, but I didn't see anything eels that they don't normally have at DT sadly.

  13. Can the people who've found it give the location of their DTs? I haven't spotted it yet in NW Indiana. :(

  14. I saw this there, and I had no idea what it was!! I got one of the polishes from the Artmatic line they had there... an orange with silver holo microglitter. The card said Artmatic was owned by Markwins, who are the Wet n Wild people, so I guess they must have bought them out at the same time

  15. Yay I found these at a DT farther out. They had all 4 palettes which I bought as well as some kiss nail art stickers. The topper for me was the Kiss nail jewelry. It's like a crystal butterfly ring designed to sit below your cuticle and first finger joint. I wanted them when they came out long ago but didn't want to pay about $10 for it. I had forgotten until today so I was extra happy and bought the last 3. I also bought one NYC nailpolish duo as well as several Nail Bliss bling nail appliques and Broadway Nails nail dress. I had a good haul.

  16. I saw some of these products at two local Dollar Trees. One store had nail polish and the other one had mascara from this line. I didn't find any eye shadow palettes, which I really hoped to find! Thanks for sharing--I'm glad I knew to watch for them this week!

  17. Wait...are we to assume that these are leftover products from 2009? Is something like that that even OK to use?

    1. Why shouldn't it be? I assume many gals use their Naked palettes way after the 3 year anniversary of when they got them.

  18. Would these products still be safe to use? Don't they go bad after all the years that have gone by since they were made? Thanks for any ideas on this. :)

    1. If I remember correctly, they shouldn't go bad. I know the expiration dates apply after opening the product. Hence why the logo looks like an open container.

  19. I found 3 of the eyeshadow palettes at one of my local Dollar Trees, as well as 3 polishes. I skipped all three of them since they all seemed to be sheer kind of colors. As for the shadows, I picked up 2 of them but skipped one that seemed to be a basic palette of smoky eye palette with a white and different greys.

  20. I went to my local DT based on this post after calling Sunday to ensure they had some. Said more needed to be put out but yes. I got a bunch of nail polish and one mascara. I asked the gal in charge if there was anything else and she said she thought there was foundation. She brought out two boxes and said she found the eye shadow pallets. I even got her excited when I told her what was up wth these

  23. Just checked back at my Dollar Tree by work and they had tons of nail polish, eyeshadow trios in various color palettes, foundation, mascara, the works! They also had elf studio line smudge brushes and Rimmel renew lip colors in different colors than I saw at another DT. I'm kinda going broke and yes, I can stop anytime...yup

  25. They had several colors across ten or so pegs at my local deals, which is a sub of dollar tree. I picked up three after reading your post and also stumbled upon maybelline hydra time lipstick and cg smothers lipstick. I love your blog, I stumbled upon it a few months back through the wet n wild beauty ambassador page and have been hooked from then on lol.

  26. I didn't see the Beauty Benefits Shadows but I was VERY happy to have found the Milani Metallic Liquf'eye Pencils which I love. I picked up Black, Gold, Aqua, Purple and I think the only one I didn't get was Silver.

  27. I just picked up sand castle at my local dollar tree :) They also had another pallet with pink/purple/navy, blues and a white/grey/grey/black one.

  28. I came across many colors of the nail polishes. Picked up a few and was somewhat dismayed that there is no identifying name or number on them (that I can find). Still some fun colors though :)

  31. Thanks! I picked up the Sand Castle and Smokey quads. I also grabbed 4 of their Juicy Lip Gloss in colors Sinless, Candy Glaze, Cherry Glaze, and Sweet Glaze.

  32. PS! The gold color in the Sand Castle quad is a dupe for Lorac Pro Gold!

  33. Found these today at my DT. I bought the Paradise Cove eye shadow quad ( rose, smokey purple, navy and a metallic black ). They also had SandCastle, Smokey ( greys, white and black ) and a quad that had an electric teal color in it. It had the word bay in the name, but I can't remember the name exactly.
