Weekly beauty sales at Ulta, Target and Kmart (1/29 - 2/4)

Quick note: thanks to many of you for letting me know about some of the sales that are going on this week at each retailer. I wish I could thank you all personally for the info, but it's hard to keep track of where the info's coming from sometimes (especially if I'm actually working on this post when your info comes in). Also, there are SUPER COUPONS in this week's circular (click here to view them). There are lots of beauty coupons in this circular (2/$6 Revlon nail color, $2 off L'Oreal mascara, etc.) and there's also a deal to get a free Sally Hansen eyelash curler, but the print is so small in the preview that I can't tell what you have to purchase in order to get the curler. If any of you know, please leave a comment on this post. Thanks! Be sure to read the fine print on the Kmart Super Coupons (sometimes they don't allow you to stack them with manufacturer's coupons, but sometimes there are no restrictions. It really depends on the individual coupon so read the fine print!).
